The response to my issue relayed to the service department resulted in clear instructions on how to handle the problem. I proceeded to the dealership and work was started on my issue.

The repairs was perfectly one, but the delay was too long like a few weeks.

Amazing experience. Great communication. I will continue using Porsche for the future. Mercedes was horrible compared.

I made the service appointment over a month ago. The service should take 2 and 1/2 hours. I was told it would take one or possibly two days when I dropped off the vehicle on Thursday. The next day, I found out I will be getting my vehicle back on Tuesday which was very disappointing. Much to my pleasant surprised, the car was ready on Saturday morning as I came to the dealership to pick up a loaner. I am happy with the vehicle and its service but troubled with the total length of time required for it. I wanted to thank David for his empathy, efforts and willingness to make things right.

They came to pick up my car and drop it back off was a pleasure. Easy and accommodating!!
