I had an amazing experience when I visited Kia this past Saturday. When my husband and I first arrived, we walked the lot and began looking at the vehicles.... we did our homework and research over the last few weeks so we already knew what our top 3 choices were before arriving. Adam was the sales rep who greeted us first. He said ' Hi my name is Adam, I'm here to assist you and answer any questions you may have, just let me know when you are ready." I am assuming by the look on my face, he knew that we weren't looking for anyone to be pushy because he commented back " I am one of the least pushy salesmen so I’ll just be over here until you let me know you are ready." I really appreciated that because it was like he was reading my mind. Anyway, we asked to test drive the car, we asked other questions that we had and received very prompt and honest responses… and then came the financing part. My husband and I both were dreading this part…. We knew what we wanted so the finagling of our finances was not something we wanted to argue over. Much to our surprise, Adam was amazing! He didn’t push us into anything we didn’t want, he didn’t try and overstep what we said we wanted by offering us something different (I’m sure its because he knew we knew what we wanted and were on a mission to get it), he just made a few suggestions that we didn’t touch upon and that was it. He tried to hurry the process along, checked several times if we were thirsty, if we wanted to watch tv while we waited, showed us the restroom, he even asked about our kids (we mentioned them a few times when test driving the car) and was just very personable. He made us feel like friends instead of a source of his next paycheck and we very much appreciated that. Once all the approvals went through, we went to meet with Ronnie W in finance. Again, he read our vibes (or maybe Adam forewarned him) that we were on a mission and cut right to the chase. He got us exactly what we wanted (well, to be honest it was $2 over what we wanted but he made up for it other places), we got a MUCH better deal on our Gap Insurance Package than what we had and again, was very personable and made us feel comfortable. Anyway, my point is, car buying is a huge pain in the TUSHY but these 2 gentleman made it in a way, enjoyable. I didn’t feel pressured when I left, I didn’t feel like I just signed my name to a contract that’s going to scar me for life and I didn’t drive away in a car that I didn’t like. Overall, I wish I could give 100 stars because who walks away from buying a car less stressed then when you walked in? WE DID!
Since we've bought our KIA Optima from West Palm Beach KIA, we've been treated wonderfully, our car has been serviced perfectly and we recommend... them highly.
I recently brought my vehicle into the service department for a factory recall issue and oil change. Once there, my service advisor Pablo informed me of... another recall and stated they would handle the issue without having to make another appointment. My vehicle was delivered in the time frame promised and they actually washed and vacuumed it for me too. Thanks for a wonderful job JT,Pablo and the service department mechanics,you are the reason I purchased my second Kia.
Hunter was very knowledgeable and gave me top service . Kia should be happy to have him . He is a hard worker and he cares about people
Excellent staff. I had to get my oil and tire patched right away and Kia provided a great service. They made sure I was comfortable for the short amount... of time I was waiting.

Louis did a really good job. The oil change was fast and very well done . I also had new wiper blades installed and he mentioned that I would need new... brakes on the front soon.Everyone was very nice.
All though I was very hesitant to give up my Buick Enclave, jethro and the rest of the sales team patiently answered all my question. Even stayed an hour... past closing to help me finish all the paperwork to purchase my 2017 Kia Sorento, Thanks Guys!
