Purchased of used vehicle.

Salesperson Ed Rodriguez was extremely courteous and professional. The entire process of the purchase, financing, and service was easy and seamless. Alex Jozefyk, service consultant was excellent. I'd purchase another car from Al Packer Ford.

Great experience with John Riley

I recently purchased a Ford Transit Cargo van for our business. John Riley was my sales rep and did a great job for me. His experience and expertise was greatly appreciated. In today's market, it's hard to find someone like John. He is unique--honest and not pushy. Great experience.

Before you buy price packer

Went there with the family to buy a new truck. It was what we were looking for. This was the best 15 minutes of my life!!! We waited 10 minutes for a salesman. When he came up (didn’t catch his name) he walked me outside and when I asked him to show me the vehicle I found on the website he said uhh I have this one here it’s the best deal on the lot. It had a 2.7 I wanted a 3.5. He pointed at another truck and said that one has it. Have a good day my friend and left us standing there. The last 5 minutes we figured out where we weren’t going to buy a car from. Mullinax Ford was the place to go don’t waste your time.

My 4 vehicle from Al Packer Ford

This is my 4 vehicle I have purchased from Al Packer Ford. The reason is the staff and service folks are 5 star. One person Jason Salvador is my sale rep. This is my third vehicle he worked on for me. His knowledge, professionalism is one of a kind. The dealership and Jason is why I keep going back.

Great dealership and great experience

Working with Ed Okin was an enjoyable experience. He asked what I wanted, didn't push anything, and made the process easy and to the point.

STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A FEMALE

It is funny how when the lady at service asks you if you were 100% satisfied with your service and then you say no not at all, I am actually never coming back here again because of it, she does not ask why or anything she just makes sure she does not hand you a survey paper slip but what is funny is how I can get on here and still write my review. So here it goes. First of all, I bought my truck brand new, always turn it it for recalls, oil changes, and anything covered under warranty issues to be fixed. Well, for the second time I had to turn my truck in for loose break light covers on both tailgate lights. First time I turned it in, they said no problem, one is loose and the other one actually has a broken clip, so they replaced it. Second time, both break light covers are loose again but this time they said that I broke them that I went somehow into my break light and over tightened them and also that the top third break light that is on top of my truck on a roll bar is why my two side break lights were broken and it would $100 to fix each one so a total of $200. Second of all, how in the world would a third top of truck break light have anything to do with my two side break lights? Third of all, the ford service crew were the last people to ever put their hands on my break lights, so they are the ones who over tightened the lights which caused them to break and need to be replaced as it was still under warranty. There is only 15,000 miles on my truck and I have had it since December 17th 2017. They claimed that also a tailgate light bar on the bottom of the tailgate is also the reason why the side break light covers are loose, well I informed them that the light bar is currently unattached to any wires and it has been like that for over a year now and of course that would have nothing to do with my break light covers. It is just sickening to think that they can take advantage of me as a female, put words in my mouth, assume things that I somehow did, which I have no clue how to even open those light covers and also how they ended up fixing for free anyways. They never called me or spoke to me in person to apologize to me or anything. The people involved here are Rick Solomon and Steve Thomas the Service Manager and also the lady at the service desk that hands you your keys. This service is unacceptable because if I did not fight for what was right I would have been out of $200 for a mistake that the ford service crew made on my brand new truck. Steve and Rick both told me that someone needs to pay for broke items and ford will not send us a refund for it, well first of all, your ford service crew is what caused the parts to break and second of all, I paid over $41,000 for this truck, I am pretty sure I gave you guys enough money to afford to fix my light covers that you originally broke. This is absolutely a scam, I will never be back to this dealership for anything (and that is a shame because I love F-150's so much that I would have definitely bought another one from you guys but not anymore). I will also make sure that anyone I come across that ask me about my truck I will make sure I inform them about where not to buy one or get service and that is at Al Packer West. I am disgusted by how I was treated when also all of the service and sales guys know how much I take care of my truck, why in the world would I deliberately break my light covers?

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER

Bought a brand new mustang in 2019, since when i got the car, the car had paint problem, brought it back, dealer had it for 3 weeks, they took it to a backyard paint shop since the paint job is horrible. i emailed the dealership about it and they have been ignoring me. The car looks like a 10 year old car. They dont return my emails or calls and when i go to the dealership, everyone has an attitude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - AL PACKER FORD IN WPB - The one in military

WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A NEW CAR EVER

Bought a new vehicle, had paint problems. Took it back to dealership. they had it for 3 weeks, 1 week of those 3, car just sat because the sales manager never told anyone what they had to do with the car. they sent the car to a backyard paint shop who did a awful job, now is worst than how it was. Dealership is ignoring my emails and calls. Everyone has an attitude. Dealer doesnt want to be responsible.
