Great experience

Great car buying experience. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. This was my second Napleton's car and the customer service was exceptional both times.

HORRIBLE SERVICE- DISHONEST SALES STAFF

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Non-existent, really. I spent over an hour trying to get a simple question answered. I was HUNG UP ON 11 times. Not even a hello. Just the sound of the phone being picked up and then hung up. I thought maybe the dealership was on fire or something. The 6 times when the phone was actually answered, I was transferred, then disconnected each time. After longer than an hour of this frustration, I finally decided to call North Palm Hyundai and my call was taken care of immediately. West Palm Hyundai has lost my business for good. I would give zero stars if possible. On top of all of this, when I bought the car, I was conned into signing up for a bunch of 'extras' that bumped the final sale price up about $6-7K. It took me about a month to sort it all out and I still ended up paying more than was originally agreed upon. My dad was ready to blow his top with the salesperson and the finance guy. Bad management, shady dealings, and bad customer service. They should all be ashamed of themselves. Ed Napleton will definitely be getting a letter from me.

Brian May he's okay!

I have been with this dealer since 2011. Brian has always treated me like family. He always says to me "don't worry I'll take care of you" and he does. Thank you Brian for going above and beyond, you are a blessing to the company!

Happy Customer

I have always been a Nissan driver, but I was extremely surprised at the size and options that the car had. I am completely addicted to Hyundai now.

Beware Bait and switch on price $$$

Bait and switch on price Went by the dealer to look at the Santa Fe ( Limited ) they had online for $15995 with high mileage mileage and out of warranty. i mileage mileage and out of warrantyi told the sales rep the price on line.we looked at the vehicle it was very nice came back second time test drove it made him an offer based upon the $15995 Dealer was extremely aggressive on higher price when running the vin with insurance company and also Carfax vehicle came back as a (GLS) not a limited . Dealer had called me back after leaving the dealership Said they could work on the price So I went back to the dealer for a third time . Showed management is the price online they said that wasn't correct they had recondition the vehicle which they showed me a list of minor things like changing the windshiel wipers and a alignment and they were charging an extra $1400 ??? On top of the highest dealer fee of $ 1095. Management had no intention on lowering the price of the vehicle Just getting you into the show room in trying to make you overpay for a vehicle( do your homework )

Hyundai lease 2017

My salesperson, Mauricio was great. Very professional and caring. I wasn't that impressed with the manager. Insisted there was no rebate on vehicle, but when contract drawn up, rebate was listed. Careful...get your presale agreement in writing BEFORE you get to finance Dept.

The Hyundai Experience

This was my 4th vehicle purchase/lease from this dealership. This time I was fortunate to have Carlo Suarez as the primary salesman. His professionalism is second to none. Shauna Welsh was the finance representative this time around. She's the best. I love this dealership, this brand and plan to continue to be a loyal customer
