I own a Genesis and their service is outstanding
I have been bringing my Genesis back for service ever since I purchased the car six years ago. The service manager for Genesis is Fred Uzarski. Each and every time I bring the car in for service he is aware of the appointment, the car is taken immediately, the wait time is just as he describes it, the cost is what he quotes, no surprises, and he has a great attitude. Sometimes he makes a suggestion, which, turns out to be quite valid. The next time I purchase a Genesis it will be at Napleton West Palm Beach so that Fred can take care of my service needs.

Excellent service
I purchased my Elantra brand new in 2007 in Columbia, SC. I moved to West Palm Beach, FL and I always go to Napleton Hyundai in WPB. Most of the time, Jessie Garcia helps me. This gentleman always go above and beyond to help. His service is outstanding.

Bait and switch specialists
This place is run by dishonest and unethical people. Crooks. Do not take anything they say at face value. Even after you've left with a car, there's a decent chance they will make you bring back and pay more. Total xxxxxxxx and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances.

Following thru on commitments
I've feel that I was not serviced probably in the purchase of my new car for these reasons. 1 . I was told I would be shown how to us the remote access app. 2, I was promised floor mates for the new car. . I requested these mates several times and was promised I would received them 3. I placed two call to Gerrald Montana who has never returned my call 4. I placed two calls to the finance officer who never called me back : Note It leaves me feeling that the deal saw soured and now that they have my money I don't matter anymore...I will never buy another care there again

Shady sales tactics
I went to this location with a date and time set for a test drive. As soon as I walked in and spoke to the first person I saw they were already asking if I was ready to make a deal today. I told them I am here for a test drive and we can discuss after. Test drive goes well they come to me with an offer 5 thousand higher then what was listed. After I showed them the link they were quick to change the price down but began tacking on fees. They were telling me I would have to pay for the CPO when the car is listed online as certified on both cars.com as well as their own website. Either include the CPO fee and list as certified or remove certified from the website. I also asked about any discounts for veterans and what not and was told that they cannot include any discounts for used. This is fine but if you are willing to add 5 thousand dollars upfront on the initial offer I am sure it is possible to also offer a discount. They then asked if I wanted to look at any other vehicles. Either this was intentionally misleading (false advertisement) or a bait and switch, either way come prepared. Also, they refuse to negotiate over the phone/email they want to have you come in and negotiate.

Great car Bad dealer
I bought a 2017 Sonata. It took almost 5 hours to complete the deal while waiting for finance. Not sure I was treated well in finance and was overcharged to for unneeded tag. Foul language and yelling in office in front of customers and very hard to get in touch with salesman or service. No one showed me how to use the electronics or set up blue link. Still don't have second set of keys and never got paperwork until I called.
