We recently bought a new BMW from Willie Orth at Braman in WPalm Beach Fla. Willie is helpful, conscientious, knowledgeable, and wise about BMWs. He continually kept us on track in the process. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him as excellent.

Made appointment and they said I didn't have one when I

Made appointment and they said I didn't have one when I arrived. Gave me a pager to wait for service and it was the wrong one requiring to wait 45 minutes before I could check in my car. Had to wait another 45 minutes for the valet to get my car after service as they claimed they could find my car. Total zoo and not professional.

Robert Sadler contacted me after I called BMW of Columbia

Robert Sadler contacted me after I called BMW of Columbia SC. and requested a Genius meeting to set up my new BMW. While at Braman I also had a brief contact with a Service Advisor named Fuentes who was busy with another client. I wanted to introduce myself since Braman would be servicing my vehicle.but he did not show much interest.

I'm on my 5th or 6th (I've lost count) lease of a BMW.

I'm on my 5th or 6th (I've lost count) lease of a BMW. The car is good, but what keeps me coming back to BMW is my service advisor, Eduardo Fuentes. On those rare occasions when the vehicle needs service (routine, or otherwise), Mr. Fuentes gets me in/out of the dealership at warp speed and always makes the experience pleasant.

BOTH SALES/CLIENT "ADVISORS" BY THE NAME OF SPENCER JOHNSON AND ROBERT CHAE SENT UNPROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS AND ATTEMPTED TO ARTIFICALLY INFLATE THE PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP.

Beware deceptive advertising practices.

Brahman BMW website lists several X7 Alpinas for sale that are not actually available. Classic bait and switch. Disappointing from a dealership that was supposed to have a good reputation. Avoid.
