Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced from a car service center. Eduardo was condescending, cold, and arrogant. I had a potential manufacturer warranty issue. I also found the sales team to be sub-par with some of the same attitude problems. Customers treated with dismissive interaction and seemed as if it were a "burden" to their time. I love my car but will never work with this center again.

I had been looking for a bmw x3 and discovered one in West Palm Beach. Nicole went above and beyond by sending me images, videos, and responding to all of my inquiries concerning the car. We discussed some preliminary numbers on the phone before driving from Miami to West Palm Beach, and everything went smoothly. She really is the best! I highly recommend Nicole.

Amazing experience with this dealership and salesman Oscar. We bought this car online because we lived at a distance from West Palm. This was our first time doing this which was scary. Oscar was always very quick to respond to my countless questions as well as the finance advisor Igor. They diligently helped me get the financing I desired. Oscar came to the airport all the way in Ft Lauderdale to pick me up when I came to get the car and had all kinds of valuable information to impart about my new vehicle. It was first class treatment all the way! Then he set me up with their technology service advisor Rob and he gave me an incredible technical inservice on how to use my new luxury car. They gave me their personal telephone numbers and encouraged me to call or text any time with additional questions. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and especially if buying it online.
