Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach had a 2024 F-150

Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach had a 2024 F-150 Lightning Lariat advertised for $35,735 with an MSRP of $49,590. I sent a message through Cars.com stating that I wanted to purchase the vehicle for the price in the listing. I received a response from the dealership with a completely different price the vehicle. I provided a link to the posting and screenshot of the $35,735 price and said that I wanted to purchase the vehicle offered at this price. After my reply I did not receive any follow-up emails. The next day, I noticed the dealership had changed the listing and increased the price. Afterwards, I continued to get emails from the dealership asking if I want to purchase a vehicle. Either the dealership is engaging in bait and switch tactics or it uses Cars.com as a proxy to collect and misuse customer contact information under false pretenses. Either way, the dealership uses shady practices. It is unclear if there is any potential recourse. That said, I plan to report them to the state Attorney General and to the Ford Motor Corporation, for these practices.

Since I contacted this dealership, the communications was so cordial and helpful. Everything was done as I expected. I felt I was talking to people I knew since ever. The quality of their vehicles is great as long you follow the. scheduled maintenance. Im so happy with my new FORD vehicle. This is in reference to their Service Department and

This is in reference to their Service Department and attempts to even get service scheduled. I sustained a flat and attempted to get an appointment with the Mobile Service to replace the tire. I called and left a message via the website on Friday, I left a second message on Saturday and also notified them via chat and was not contacted until 10:45 AM on Monday. I was informed that contrary to the website, no tire service was availble vai Mobiel Service and I could not get in to replace a single tire until Friday. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was sent to voice mail. I have been promised a call from a manager and after two hours, no call. I have now scheduled to replace the tire tomorrow with another firm.
