Overall experience was painless. Cars are discounted and selling price is posted on the windshield. Salesman took time to show us the technology the car is equipped with. (Park assist, verbal warning when car is approaching from left or right rear, rain sensing wipers and more.) No hard sell on additional insurance or maintenance plans although they were offered. Prior to taking the car, it was washed, interior was cleaned (although it didn't need it) and filled with gas. If you're looking for a Ford, I recommend this dealer.

I just complete my sixth purchase at Mullinax Ford. I stay faithful to this dealership because when I shop, my sales representative has always put my families safety first. The service department has continually been there for me whenever I need them even if I call they walk me through even the smallest issue. At Mullinax Ford my family is treated like Family.

My last new car purchase in 2011 was at Mullinax and I had a great experience then. Fast forward to 2018 and looking for a new car again. I made the mistake of going to a different dealership which came to agreement on a lot of variables over the phone, only to take them away when I arrived. I went back to Mullinax and worked with Derek this time. Derek and I had full agreement on everything prior to me coming to the dealership. When I arrived, the car was outside ready for me to take home and the paperwork was exactly as agreed without any exceptions. I will only buy from Mullinax.

I’ve been dealing with Mullinax for the past 20 yrs and there’s a reason I don’t go anywhere else. There staff and quality vehicles are top of the line. Ray Bowen is the best!
