Awesome experience!!

My experience with Mullinax was exceptional!! I had initially ordered a vehicle thru this dealer and the vehicle ordered inadvertantly came in wrong. Frustrated by the 10 week wait for a new vehicle, Bruce and his manager Mosen worked feverishly to obtain a acceptable replacement vehicle. After several weeks, my needle in a haystack was located, and the staff at Mullinax quickly arranged for its transport to west palm beach. I could not be happier with my truck or with Mullinax!!!

Mullinax made it easy to get my new Edge

Wasn't sure what I wanted, the Explorer or the Edge. Worked with Ray from Mullinax who was recommended by a family member. It took some time, but Ray was a trooper and had all the info I needed to make the right decision. Bought the SEL version, loving the luxuries. Had a 2012 Escape XLT prior and the new Edge is so much quieter, and the 3.5L more powerful. Even the seats are great, I have suffered from lower back pain for many years, just took the Edge to Georgia and back and had zero problems.

I loved my car buying experience! My salesman RIcky G. was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful and they made sure I was happy with the purchasing experience. This is the second car I've bought from them and I feel comfortable with them and would buy another. Thanks, Ricky!

New Car

Got a new car from Ford Mullinax and had a great experience with Ricky G. my salesman! He was really helpful and made me feel comfortable with the buying process. Had the car shipped from another dealer and needed a few things fixed and he organized to get it fixed for me. The service guy Adam was great! Really nice and helpful- couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the second car I've bought from this dealer and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Best Experience in buying a vehicle EVER!

After being burned by another car place, upon referral I contacted Ken Maltman at Mullinax Ford in West Palm Beach FL, even though way out of my way north. I am sooooo glad I did and ordered my van through him. Mr Maltman realized how apprehensive I was in trying to buy the van I wanted and walked me through the ordering and double and triple-checked the order with me via email and over the phone before finally submitting it to FORD. He was patient again when I realized the van was in build and yet I couldn't "see" on the build sheet where everything I was ordering was being put on the van. Alas it came in and is exactly what I ordered. Mr Maltman even came to the train station and picked me up when I had to travel to purchase it (it was quite a ways from where I live)! I highly recommend this dealer and while I haven't needed van servicing yet, I don't fear it at all as with "all" other dealerships.... This place is worth the extra travel for a really good buying experience.

Best Vehicle Buying Experience EV-ER!

I was really gun-shy reordering a new van but after a referral for Ken Maltman at Mullinax Ford in WPB FL, I bit the bullet and ordered. IT CAME IN JUST LIKE I WANTED! I've already taken it on a whirlwind trip of 5000 miles and never had a fear that the van wouldn't perform. Ken Maltman was soooo very patient with me and all my concerns and questions and especially when I knew the van was in build stage and I couldn't verify that everything I wanted on it was being put on it. Blush. He was sure it would be right, and had gone over the order at least 3 times before he submitted it---and it was built right. No problems so far. I highly recommend this dealership and especially going with Ken Maltman for purchasing.

Easy buying experience...

Mullinax Ford's upfront pricing all but eliminates the stress of buying a car; deciding which car you want is the toughest part. I call to inquire about a vehicle and Ricky Gilpin answered and delivered everything I needed. Ricky worked through lunch and dinner to get me what I wanted, after I changed my mind a few times and stayed after closing to ensure everything was handled. He was most accommodating. Ricky created put my family at ease during our car buying experience. We highly recommend Ricky Gilpin to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
