What a great experience!! I had done my homework prior to visiting Mullinax Ford, however, found myself contemplating two vehicles. My salesman Ronnie Burts and the general sale manager, Moses Eteshami were very helpful and patient in assisting me in my purchase. I felt like a pain because I was so indecisive, they assured me I was not and answered any question I had, which helped in my final decision. I'v had my vehicle for a week and a half now (2016 Ford Fusion hybrid) and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I was confortable the entire time and never felt rushed or pressured, honestly, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will most definitely be purchasing my next vehicle with this dealership!

Fortunate having Mullinax Ford - buy/service car
I feel fortunate having Mullinax Ford close. For a couple of years they serviced our Expedition. We never had a problem with the service and and the car and when deciding to buy new our first choice was to check with them. We did not get disappointed. They help finding our new car. in for failing brakes out with more problems!
3 weeks ago my brakes began to act up and to stop the car at times I had to press hard on the pedal. I had a few close accidents and with my daughter in the car. 06/14 I brought my 2011 Ford Edge in for a failing brake booster and it was serviced under the part warranty at no charge. I get home and decide to look under the hood. I am looking for the area the mechanic serviced the brake system and check my fluids. I by chance grip my negative battery connector and it swivels, I was shocked, I check the positive one, the same! It swivels! The mechanic forgot to tighten my battery connectors! Pushing the connector down before I tighten it, the battery moves!. It's supposed to be secured by a plastic wedge on the side. Now I discover the nut under the battery plate is missing. The long bolt beside the battery goes through a plastic wedge that's supposed to keep tight against the battery. The Certified mechanic just put the wedge and bolt back in, no tightening, it just sits there until I drive it more and it falls out. What else did the Certified mechanic not tighten or not put back or not put back properly that I cannot see on my car or they've done to others? It is so unfortunate that this still happens. I would not bring your car here and the mistake I found was so simple.

M sales rep (Bruce Huppert) was very nice and helpful. I know if I need help with anything he would be glad to help me. Buying a truck is not usually a good experience but this time it all went very well. I ould definitely do business with Mullinax Ford again.

Didn't take the fun out of getting a new car!
We walked into Mullinex and met David Bean. We went with him to see the car that we decided we wanted. We drove it and decided it was perfect for us. It had to be looked at and cleaned up by dealership so the next afternoon we went to buy and pick it up. Soooo easy. I had not bought a car in 13 years and dreaded going to buy a new car but this was a pleasure! Thank you David Bean!

2016 Fusion Hybrid
My wife and I went into Mullinax Northlake to purchase our Fusion Hybrid. After all the many vehicles we have purchased in the past we knew that dealerships are our last favorite place but Mullinax made our car buying experience s No Hassle purchase. No fighting regarding price, noNo back and forth manager gimmicks. Our salesperson Ricky was a pleasure to deal with and went over all the options on our car in detail. The finance gentleman was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend everyone to experience it.
