I have been very pleased with the service department and the personnel. They are always friendly and always demonstrate a willingness to take the extra step to make me happy.

Helpful and responsive service staff. Organized and well run service center. A loaner car was appreciated, but they are not always available and you have to schedule way in advance. I found the video of my service unhelpful and confusing. It didn't show me anything they were doing and it was conflicting information from what I was told by the service agent when I called. Chris explained what the car needed but the video did nothing but add confusion. The service was completed in a timely manner.

This dealership is low pressure. They understand their clients know what they want. This is true whether you buy your car from them or have them service it. They are upfront with service cost estimates so there are no surprises. They also do a video walk around and explain what they did during the service.

Mercedes Benz of Sarasota were great to work with on our recent purchase of our EQE. Prior to deciding to make a purchase, we obtained a trade-in evaluation and we received the highest offer from Jim in the Acquisitions department, of any others we sought. This incentivized our decision to trade -in for a purchase. Our sales agent, Noah was excellent to work with too. We test drove the car that we ultimately decided to purchase a couple days later. Noah was very patient in answering any questions we had. The entire transaction from start to finish was smooth and accommodating. This is true for all the interactions we had with all MB of Sarasota staff we dealt with. We highly recommend MB of Sarasota!
