I was impressed by Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce before.

I was impressed by Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce before. I was impressed again. I came to get a new lease and I wanted a GLC300. I had the pleasure to work with George S. From the very start George showed us that he was ready to do everything to find the right car for my wife and me. Hard as it is to get a GLC right now, George managed to locate the right car for us and work out a great deal for us. He was always ready to walk an extra mile for us, adding his personal touch to his high professionalism. The deal was done effortlessly and to our great satisfaction. When confusion occurred with our lease termination process, George dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. He did not leave us hanging and provided flawless service. Thank you, George! Poor experience

Had a really bad experience when we went to pick up our new car ( which we ordered there and purchased from them) and trade in our Range Rover. We were quoted a price for our trade in that we agreed to by both us and the dealership. Plus signed an agreement with the trade in price on it. When we went to pick up our new vehicle and trade in our car, the manager Reif comes in and tries to take $3000. off the price of our trade in. This was extremely unprofessional and poor business. My wife and I were so disappointed and ready to walk. The manager Reif gives us a song and dance about used car prices going down. Then Reif tells us he will be a good guy and take a hit if we will split the difference of $3000 with him. We said no that is not what you people agreed to with us. After I tell him my brother had just bought a car there the same week and sense our displeasure, he backed off and said let’s acted like this conversation never happened and I will eat the $3000. dollars. You talk about killing any excitement to buying a brand new car. It was a totally unprofessional experience. One I will never forget. That sales manager Reif put a horrible taste in mine and my wife’s mouth. There needs to be follow up by upper management here before I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Don’t sell your car here

Switch and bait rip off- I’m a doc n bought cars from them for decades. I called to sell one I bought from them 2 years ago- they said go to their app to get appraisal n they’d give me that. I went there for agreed appt, and they tried to jip me down by $900.

After week shopping for car in different dealerships, went to fort pierce Mercedes Benz, and Aaron Lewis one of car dealers made my experience so much easier and pleasant so I bought the car in half hr , no games just straight to the point ,

Just leases a Mercedes SUV. The experience was great. They took my 2020 Mercedes’ and put me in a new one. Same price with nothing down. Salesperson Michelle was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeably. I love my new car and have used Ft Pierce Mercedes’ for service and always had a great experience . Feb 1, 2022. Needed service work, computer on engine...

Feb 1, 2022. Needed service work, computer on engine needed replacement. Bill was $1600. Paid bill, computer installed wrong. Car worked on for over 2 hours, done wrong. Couldn't drive 90 miles home. Finally got loaner car, REAL BAD! Service did not know what is going on, couldn't fix problems. Girl loaning me car didn't show me anything about loaner. Couldn't get car started, headlights set on bright, couldn't turn off for 90 miles into traffic. Now am stuck with another 4 hours of driving back to get the car that should have been fixed! If you use this service Department you will be treated like xxxx and the personnel in the department don't give a xxxx. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!
