The service is wonderful.

The service is wonderful. But the waiting room and comfort of that area is not up to Mercedes standards. When there yesterday there were not enough seats in waiting room and only three to four in hallway. The seats are very close and noise level can be high. There needs to be a NO CELL PHONE usage area ( many people are very inconsiderate of their volume). It was a chilly day so being outside was not acceptable. If I buy another Mercedes it will probably be at another dealer. Mike Lawson was my contact person and is very good. He kept me apprised of status. Mike doesn’t seem to get ruffled even when very busy. He is always kind.

Very efficient and ethical.

Very efficient and ethical. Graig in sales and Craig in service were excellent. Sales manager was also very good, fair and personable. Overall a very good experience.

Easy admin process.

Easy admin process. Facilitated unexpected repair with loaner and then valeted back my car to my home. Easy to get appointment on short notice. Could enhance their waiting area and amenities there a bit.

I recently had my wife's c300 serviced at the ft pierce

I recently had my wife's c300 serviced at the ft pierce location. I went in for service B. Pat ford was my advisor. He is awesome. He communicated with us every step of the way. We had to replace our rear tires,brakes,transmission flush and spark plugs in addition to service B. This dealership is by far the best in my opinion. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The prices are much more reasonable than the dealerships in palm beach county. We reside in Delray Beach and drove over an hour to this dealership. Pat gave us a loaner while the car was being serviced. We will definitely be coming back here for future car services and to purchase a car later in the year. Our C300 runs great after leaving the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership due to the excellent customer service and level of professionalism here. You can leave here with confidence that your car was serviced properly. Thank you Pat and Mercedes of ft pierce. We will see you in 2026!!
