Manager, Brian, is the greatest and easiest man in the...

Manager, Brian, is the greatest and easiest man in the State of Florida to get along with. Bends over backwards to please the customer to a certain extent. He will do anything and I do mean anything to make you leave happy. I was there 8 weeks ago for mechanical problems. Workers left it a little dirty. (Had the car cleaned). Last week took it there for body work (accident). Again, he went out of his way with extras to please the customer. You cannot beat this man. I just wish I had the same to say the same about his help. All inside help are a little lax when it comes to cleaning things. As far as the collision department (2 people) working there. Kenny is a great, great guy. His partner named, Barbara, has to be watched. She exaggerates quite often. And if she was in a cartoon her nose would surely grow with her stories. Again, Mr. Sattar, is one of the greatest.

I have already raved about the dealership and Michelle...

I have already raved about the dealership and Michelle Goff, our salesperson - everyone there is terrific! I’ve had my car a year now and love it! I live in Palm Beach Gardens about an hour away so they picked it up to do the resistall coating. I so appreciate this service and want to compliment Darren, who did the pick up and delivery. He worked with my schedule and did everything as promised. This dealership pays attention to details and does not forget you after the sale is made! I recommend them to everyone!

I have bought many cars from dealers all over the...

I have bought many cars from dealers all over the country. My experience with MB of Ft. Pierce is a 11/10. Barry Paddington was my salesman. My deal was made entirely over the phone and via texts of pictures. I bought a car and traded in another vehicle. Barry was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and super eager to please. He personally delivered my car 100 miles away. All the paperwork was sent to me ahead of time and all I had to do was sign. Barry then spent about an hour in a half teaching my wife how to use all of the new toys in her E400 Convertible. Russell Hood the sales manager was nice and easy to deal with. David Doll the finance manager had everything executed perfectly. He was not pushy when offering the different available service packages. This is a smaller dealership who apparently specializes in good old-fashion quality customer service. They gave me fair pricing on both my buy and on my trade. I will ABSOLUTELY be a return customer when I am in the market for another Mercedes. Thank you Barry for one of the easiest and most enjoyable car purchases that I have made.

Worst experience that I’ve ever had with a service...

Worst experience that I’ve ever had with a service department at a dealership ever. Not only did I wait four hours for them to check for a recall and do a ($200) computer diagnosis of an error message on my dashboard, they were shady about reporting the results of that diagnosis that I paid for! They hounded me about buying new tires and a brake job the entire time that I was there, while not attending to the very important items that I brought the car in for in the first place! Furthermore, the service liaison technician, Patrick Ford, is an extremely rude human being - a real displeasure to work with. I tried post-device visit to get more information in the computer diagnosis that I paid $200+ for...simply an itemised work proposal but that was either too difficult for Patrick or he’s got some kind of shady, ulterior motives for for not providing me any details (other than “that’ll be $1,300+ to repair). Thinking about taking your vehicle to Coggin Mercedes of Fort a Pierce? Earring Will Robinson - stay far, far away! I’m taking my car to Palm Beach from here on out!
