Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce

This is my second car I have purchased from Mercedes of Ft. Pierce. Michele Goff made the experience easy and enjoyable. Michele is always available and very knowledgeable about Mercedes. I would also like to mention Brian Sattar for helping me get my dream car. I would highly recommend Mercedes in Ft Pierce.

I went online Saturday and found a car I was interested in and requested information. The car was low mileage and priced below Bluebook value. First thing Sunday I received a text from Michelle Fox-Goff introducing herself and letting me know the car was still available. (I had contacted other dealerships and didn’t get a response until Late Monday afternoon) Since I was working and live three hours away I wasn’t able to physically go see and test drive the car. Michelle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. That same day I put a deposit down to hold the car. Monday I was able to do the financing Online, and Tuesday finalize on the phone with David. Once again easy, fast and painless! David was super friendly and very considerate of my time. Another person I could trust in this process. By Tuesday afternoon everything was done and I owned a new car! Not sure when I would be able to pick up my car Michelle offered to have it delivered to me at no charge. That was the best news ever! We set up a delivery for Thursday and sure enough my car was delivered on time in perfect condition! I am so impressed with the level of service and all of the people that we’re involved in me getting my car without ever stepping foot on the lot. Thanks to Michelle, David and the two super sweet gentlemen that delivered my car.

Completely enjoyable experience leasing my new car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Sales person was extremely knowledgeable in the car I was leasing. She also checked on me to see how I was doing the following week.
