Went for oil change and TPS reprogram or replacement, if

Went for oil change and TPS reprogram or replacement, if needed. Their service techs charged me for a replacement of two sensors when they really only reprogrammed the two original sensors. This was a significant up charge from getting them reprogrammed.

I had a great experience Angel was awesome he was able to

I had a great experience Angel was awesome he was able to answer all my questions. I never really felt pressured. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable. And he helped to broker a great deal on this vehicle. Je'Von was very easy to deal with we found we had a lot in common which made for great communication while processing my paperwork. The only issue if any was that it did take a long time to finalize the deal. But over all a great experience. Looking forward to working with you guys in the future.

The service department is excellent, Kelly is my service

The service department is excellent, Kelly is my service person however, your accounting department leaves so much to be desired. I have been trying to reach someone on the banking side for 4 days and all I get is "I will pass your note on to someone in that Department." There is an issue I need to fix and in order to fix it I need to talk to someone in that department. This is no beginning to cause health issues as I cannot talk to someone so I can resolve it. The disrespect of a long time customer is beyond the pale. The disrespect of not even calling me back is not customer service at all. I am 73 years old and have worked in customer service all my life. This is not how it is done. To say I am not happy is an understatment.

They are completely unorganized.

They are completely unorganized. They never call back when they say they will call you back and constantly delay the work to your car if you’re not spending a fortune. Never use Dyer Chevy.

I brought my car for oil change which includes tires

I brought my car for oil change which includes tires rotation. Obviously the tires were not rotated because 3 days later I noticed I was driving with two tires that you could see the inner wire. What an unreliable and lack of honesty service department. I can't trust this dealership work team anymore!

Purchased my vehicle from dyer lake whales.

Purchased my vehicle from dyer lake whales. Fort pierce body shop had to Repair hood there are swirl marks on the hood they said I put them there from washing it not correct well anyways they said they would wax it up on picking it up the marks were still there Danny the manager tells Nicole to tell me well we can’t do anything else unless you want it done professional meaning to pay them well that’s not happening because they also installed a new windshield because my windshield was chipped Upon them, installing the windshield, one of their employees backed into my door on the driver side and smashed it so they had to replace that and now there’s some kind of drippage mark on my fender on the drivers side Which Danny also said oh that’s from washing it that’s xxxxxxxx. I’ve only washed my car like four times. I’ve had it back-and-forth to them. I don’t know how many times because of their screw ups on it not a happy person will never purchase a vehicle from Dyer Chevrolet location they are terrible and they lie to their customers.
