at another dealership i got a run around and walked out. i found the van i wanted on suncoast's web. left an e-mail message, mike responded promptly, went to dealership,and mike was very helpful, went through the numbers, like he said on the phone. had a deal, drove home with my new van in a couple hours.

I contacted Jeff Kasman back in May hoping to jump on a Hellcat that wS actually for sale. As it turns out, my phone call was 15 minutes too late. After getting off the phone with Jeff, I figured I had no chance left to try to purchase a 2015 Hellcat. Then, I got a phone back from Jeff 10 minutes later telling me that they have one additional Hellcat allocation. I told him I want it and the rest is history. Three months later I'm a proud owner of a 2015 Hellcat thanks to Jeff Kasman. Easy buying process Friendly dealership NO mark-up on the Hellcat as well. Great experience. I highly recommend Jeff Kasman and Suncoast dodge!

My daughter brought her 2014 Jeep in for an alignment and to see if any other work needed to be done such as an oil change. She came home and they had done an oil change even though the car said it was a 51% and her steering wheel was crooked and the document that came from the alignment read that it was still out by 0.40° I took her car for a test drive by the way they said they put 4 miles on it test driving it, and if you have the steering wheel straight you made a left turn. Aside from their bad service, their overall entire service system is ludicrous. There is no one there who knows the status of your vehicle or where it is in the process of being serviced. They said it would take an hour and a half to fix the problem and 4 1/2 hours later I received the vehicle. To add fire to the problem they did their multi point vehicle inspection and told us that the tires were all equally worn yet one of them was two years newer than the others, and that our spare was in good condition when we don't have a spare. So obviously they didn't actually do what they said they did.

Worst customer service after the sale!!!
Do NOT buy from this dealership!! I bought a brand new jeep this year and the roof has leaked 3 times!!! They charged my credit card for cost of rental while they tried to fix it, keep blaming the problem on the subcontractor they use, managers don't return phone calls, and the GM doesn't give a flying F about anything!!! Terrible terrible terrible experience!!!!

Other than the normal "fill out paperwork for 2 hours" they went out of their way to work with me. They found a truck that had what I wanted and shopped around for a better APR so I could afford the payments.

Great service, very friendly, very attentive
Jeff Kasman, our salesman, could not have helped us more. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. This was the FIRST pleasant experience we have had when purchasing a new car.
