⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Thunder Dodge attempted to defraud me out of $3,000 for rodent damage. The service writer even sent me fake photos. I would never purchase a vehicle here and I certainly would never use the service department for repairs.

The service provided was excellent!
The service provided was excellent! I never felt pressured or overwhelmed throughout the buying process. I appreciated the large inventory. Matt did a great job answering any questions and working with me to give me the most reasonable price for the vehicle I purchased.

I would never take my truck back to this dealership.
I would never take my truck back to this dealership.. It took them 26 days to fix the exhaust manifold. Then when I got my truck back it was scratched. They blamed it on corrosion and told me that they will pay for part of it to get it fixed, but again the scratches were not there when I dropped it off... it ended up that I had to pay around $750 to fix what they did... also. Yeah try and contact them. They never answer the phone... I called Corporate and made a complaint and of course they didn't call me back... I also talked to the general manager Mr Smith, and h3 did nothing!!! By the way the day after I dropped my truck off they called me and stated my truck was fixed. When I showed up and started my truck it.was making the same noise.... I asked for a manager and he stated that his workers work with a lot of power tools and he probably didn't hear it because of it... a couple days latter the same manager stated the the guy that worked on my truck was new and that he was in training... xxx!!!!!! I have left 2 .ore messages for Mr Smith with no response!!!!!! They will damage your vehicle and make you pay for it!!!! What a joke!!!

First, we want to acknowledge that the repair to your exhaust manifolds did take longer than anticipated due to the additional work required to repair broken bolt holes, as well as delays caused by a back-ordered manifold kit. We understand how inconvenient this must have been and regret the impact it had on your experience. Regarding the paint issue, we completely understand your frustration. Upon inspection, the bubbling and corrosion on the hood and fender were documented and reviewed with Chrysler, who approved a goodwill repair as the corrosion warranty had expired by two months. While Chrysler covered 80% of the repair, we recognize that the $333 customer participation deductible was an unexpected expense, and we apologize for any misunderstanding surrounding this process. Additionally, we take communication concerns very seriously. After reviewing our call logs, we were unable to locate any incoming calls from your number to our General Manager, Mr. Tony Smith. We apologize if there was a breakdown in communication, and we’d be happy to review this further with you to ensure your questions are properly addressed. We value your business and regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations.
