I explained to the customer service person that I wanted both of my tires back behind my truck. They did not mount the ones I told him to and it seemed to me. They were gonna keep my good tires. I had to go twice to try to go pick them up, and noticed the tire that was on my rim had so much wear that I have to swap it out with the ones they tried to keep

There were challenges throughout the course of my visit
There were challenges throughout the course of my visit and even after. I will say though that the corrective actions were very acceptable. I am giving this a 3 because my repair was covered under my warranty. However, my personal credit card was charged not once but twice. The first charge was refunded. However, calls have not been returned to deal with the second charge. This is a $400+ charge on my credit card.

I've gone about four times already for the same issue and
I've gone about four times already for the same issue and it's still not resolved. I waited over 2 hours just to be told another part has to be ordered because they still are not quite sure what's causing my issue. I'm currently not pleased at all with the service.
