My experience at Brandon ford was a truly positive one. My salesperson John Copeland went above and beyond to find my daughter’s exact truck/ color etc and accessories. The entire ford team including Mike Pyron and Omar in parts are amazing!! I would recommend any one looking to buy to go to Brandon ford.

I called today to buy a custom f250 platinum truck.
I called today to buy a custom f250 platinum truck. The front desk sent to Ricardo. He was very unprofessional. He did not know how to answer my questions and finally hung up on me. I have been a ford man for over 40 years. Worst truck salesman I have ever talked with. He did not care if I was spending over 100k for his truck. I will never call this dealership again. If they send you to Ricardo hang up the phone.

Scammed Disabled Marine Veteran Before Wedding
I know this review won't be published or it will be removed because I physically had to go to the Better Business Bureau, but do not go here if you have any warranty through Ford, it won't be honored and you will be harassed, especially if you are a woman or a disabled Marine veteran. I was scammed out of money right before my wedding and screamed at by their service manager, even after contacting the Tampa location where I bought my car and warranty. (I couldn't get to where I purchased the car due to damage.) The service is truly abhorrent, even if you have a warranty through Ford, it will not be honored and you will be told you have to file a claim. You cannot file a claim as a customer - the dealership MUST file for you. I was given photos after paying $265 for a covered tire, then told multiple times "sorry, the dealership has to do this." I've had extreme problems here before - my vehicle spent 2 days here for an oil change with no contact, and I was given a vehicle I couldn't drive as a loaner at one point, but this truly takes the cake. Praying I get my money back for a tire that WAS COVERED and the sevice manager loses his job, or at least karma comes back around. Despicable. Don't recommend for veterans in our community. Thankfully, I've worked for WFLA.

Dealer Maintenance
I have both of my Fords serviced by Brandon Ford Quick Lane. Bought one of there new. I am pleased with the service I receive which is why I return there whenever service is needed. Besides, I believe there's nothing better than a dealer maintained vehicle. They know their cars better than the local garage. Is it convenient? Not always, but I trust Brandon Ford to do it right the first time, every time. My cars are 2011 and 2015. I haven't run into a refusal of service so I don't know what that's about. Maybe because its been routine maintenance. My Fords run great because of Brandon Ford. No one else will ever service them!

Seamless and positive experience!
My salesperson was Malcom. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Every single person at this dealership was amazing to work with, even the ones who weren’t working on my sale specifically. The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN’T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn’t have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference. From phone conversations to in person experiences, this dealer proved to be top notch! Would absolutely work with the staff at Brandon Ford again!!

Service Dept isn’t service
The service dept is anything but service. An hour to two for an oil change with appointment? Whoever is in charge should learn to value peoples time.

Unprofessional service
This review is regarding the Brando Ford car service (oil change, recalls, repairs ) My experience there at my last car service appointment was a completely MESS by the service advisor Marty Heiss, I made 2 appointments for the same issue to check my car back camera due to it turns blue when I reverse and for the ethanol treatment, so the first appointment after I handle my car keys to Marty he said that he will contact me when is ready but at the end of the day I had to call and ask for my car they told me that they didn’t know my car was there and that I had to make another appointment, so I made another one for 7/5/22 my car sat there until 7/8/22 without any work done, they stated lack of technicians their answered were “ My apologies, My apologies” they were very unprofessional, and absolutely and unacceptable service, very incompetent, that car is my only way of transportation, they made waste not just my time, my money, and my patience. My car had a recall about the back camera and I brought my car for that but I doubt it was fix. I had contact Ford Motor and they told me they have programs to help customer with this kind of problems and I stated to them this but they want me to charge money for their incompetent and mediocre job…

Sketchy Markups
The sales staff at Brand Ford are a shining example of why car dealers have a bad reputation, they are complete xxxxxxxx. Not only are they charging over MSRP for a "market adjustment," they still tack on almost two grand in fees, and offer well under value on trades. Their excuse is that the market isn't there for the massive SUV I was trading in...Apparently it's there for the brand new one since it's the exact same make and model that I currently drive, and it's there for the used ones on their lot. They conveniently place their "market adjustment" stickers away from the window sticker for the cars true value. Thankfully there are countless other Ford dealers in the area that aren't in the business of taking advantage of customers while they can, and I was able to find the car I was looking for elsewhere. I had an order for a vehicle with them and they were shocked that I would cancel an order after they tried to screw me out of $5k for absolutely no reason on a vehicle they had on their lot. When I cancelled my pre-order per their own "retail order buyers order" form order policy, they tried to add extra steps in order to make the process involve more of my time asking for useless information they already had. When I pushed back and argued with them about it, all of the sudden they didn't need it anymore and actually did what the form says needed to be done. My favorite part about the "market adjustment" is that they are claiming it's to keep the lights on and pay their employees. Yea, sure it is. If they're going to sit there and take $5k from you for absolutely no return at all, what else are they screwing you over on? Can't wait to get hounded with advertisements when the market has shifted to more supply vs demand. Enjoy screwing over your customers while it lasts.

Horrible Customer Service
Unfortunately I have to at least give one star, otherwise I wouldn't. My experience with Brandon Ford is typically good, however it only takes one time to completely ruin a relationship. We all know the stigma that dealerships are generally more expensive than other mechanics, and it's true at Brandon Ford in Brandon Florida. But I felt extremely comfortable taking both my Fords there for service anytime they needed it from oil changes to large issues. That all changed this weekend, and I will never take another vehicle to this dealership ever again. Over the weekend I made an appointment with their service department to get my transmission looked at, we all know that when transmission is involved that it's not only going to be lengthy, it's going to be expensive. I had an appointment for Monday October 11, 2021...however I had to drop off the car early on Saturday (since they are not open on Sunday and I had to work early Monday morning). With this being a transmission issue, I knew they were going to have my car an extended period of time, so I simply asked Marty, the service advisor if they would give me a loaner car until my car is fixed. This is very typical of my previous service advisor if the car was going to be in their possession for a few days. So I kindly asked Marty if this was a possibility. After a few back and forth comments he stated "Look, you can either drop off the car with us, our you can simply take it with you, but I am. not giving you a loaner." I have spent a great deal of money with the service department at this dealership and I knew that the transmission was also going to be very costly, and so I took the conversation to the Service Manager, Lisa. I got a call from her 3 days after the fact and her basically telling me that Ford changed it policy back in January of 2021, yet I have had two services done since that time and both times received a loaner vehicle from my service advisor. Lisa was very dismissive and basically told me that there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted to escalate this to Ford I could. This has made me not only want to never do business with Brandon Ford again, but also reconsidering purchasing a Ford period. I would stay far way from this Ford Dealership especially the service department. They want to sell you the cars, but the customer service unfortunately stops once you pull off the lot. I will never again take any of my vehicles to this dealership, and I will use my social platform to also ensure that everyone knows about their business tactics at the service department over there. Very poor quality customer service.
