$1295 Dealer Fee

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Brandon Ford. I ordered a new Bronco which took several months to arrive. When I ordered the vehicle Brandon Ford was tacking on a $795 Dealer Fee which I thought was shameful of them, but with their high volume, I hoped for a better chance of getting the vehicle sooner (turned out not to make any difference). The Bronco did finally arrive but between the time I ordered and the time it arrived, Brandon Ford increased their Dealer Fee to $1295. After waiting for more than a year for the vehicle I had little choice but to pay the $1295 Dealer Fee or walk away. I have a reservation for a new Ford Lightning that I am going to move to another dealership. I would highly recommend you go to almost any other Ford dealer instead of Brandon Ford because of the ridiculous non-negotiable $1295 Dealer Fee they tack on to every purchase. Simply avoid Brandon Ford and look elsewhere.

Service Center

*Service Center* I left a google review a few years about a horrible experience we had at the service center. We bought a new car from Brandon Ford 5 month ago. When it came to buying the extended maintenance warranty we expressed our concern about the service department but was assured the service department had new management and improvements were in place. Today, my husband brought his car in for service. When the car was done he talked to the service center he told them he would be there between 5 - 6 to get his car. I dropped him off just after 5, his paid receipt is time stamped 5:24pm. He called me and said his car is blocked in and they can’t find the keys to the other car to move it. It was more than an hour before they found the keys. During the time no one offered sympathy, remorse or encouragement that they were working to resolve the issue. When his car was finally unblocked the manager refused to come speak to him about the incident. This service center is beyond ridiculous. The other comments below about 6hr oil changes when you have an appt and damage to vehicles while in their possession are ALL true. We have experienced it all first hand. Be warned, pick another service center, this one will only frustrate you and waste your time.

Best price. Great customer service!

Worked with Jason. Best price in central Florida. No nonsense! Great customer service! Nothing shady. Will return to buy again. Good finance department. Did not waste my time! I drove 2 hours from Orlando.

Brent is an outstanding Service Tech. Courteous, confident and knowledgeable. Met me immediately upon arrival, discussed the Mustang's issue and explained the process. Within 24 hours I was back in Mustang with a new water pump. Additionally great loaner car Maria on turn in and professional loaning by Zack. Even Mark who was cleaning a new Black Cobra exchanged professional comments about the awesomeness of Fords. Totally Number ONE Team. Thank You Brandon Ford

NO air conditioning mid August!

I made an appointment at 8am for air conditioning repair last week. Due to traffic, I arrived at Brandon Ford an hour late. Mr Sharma was outside registering the line for service. I feared being there for hours as they are appeared to be very busy. He assigned a service person and had me out of there in a timely manner. This was my first visit, I was very pleased at the professional manner in which he communicates with people.

Purchased 3 vehicles in 53 weeks

We finally decided to update my wife’s daily driver. After shopping ON-LINE we narrowed our potential list to 3 vehicles. I sent a text to Sam, as he was our go to guy in 2018 when we purchased 2 vehicles within 6 weeks. Again Sam was AWESOME! No pressure, and had the vehicles near each other so we could easily drive them all and “kick the tires” and very patient while we made our decision. The paperwork went really smooth and before you know it we were driving out to dinner on our way home in my wife’s new car. We travel over 2 hours to do business with Sam and Brandon Ford! They really care about you and want to sell cars! No games, no BS.

Sleazy Bait and Switch “Sales Manager”

I spent yesterday communicating with Tommy Shelly, Internet Sales Manager @ Brandon Ford, and came to a price ($77K drive out) on a 2019 Raptor. I was considering trading my Jeep, and was waiting to receive confirmation to either drive it up from Sarasota and trade, or take an Uber and just buy the truck (for cash). As the afternoon turned to evening, I called and texted Tommy that the time was getting late for me to get there with enough time to do the paperwork, etc as they close at 9pm. Tommy's reply was "give me a second and I'll call you." I never received another call or text. So today I noticed on their site another Raptor with $2K less in options (graphics pkg and rear seat warmer) that I didn't really want on the one that we were discussing yesterday. I messaged Tommy, told him the stock number, and if they can simply take the difference off the one I found on their site, which would be $75K, that I'd drive up now to get it. He called me back and said he was too busy yesterday to return my call/text. He then said... "Naw, today the price (for the one I wanted) is $77,500 (which was more than the price from yesterday's stock # with the $2K in extras). I pointed that out, and he replied "Naw, that one from yesterday is now $79,500." Car dealerships and especially car salesmen have their reputation from exactly people like Tommy Shelly and Brandon Ford. I’ll gladly go to a local dealership that isn't as shady as how Tommy Shelly at Brandon Ford... with a check in hand, and write them a positive review.

this review only deals with sales as i have had no interactions as of yet with the service department have purchased alot of cars over the years,dealt with many different dealerships and i have to say that in my opinion this was the easiest no stress deal i have ever made. The sales man Dave Scott and the finance man Steven Oliver were extremely professional and answered all of my questions.Anything that they were not sure of instead of making up an answer they reached out to others and got the answers.if and when the need arises to purchase another vehicle i would have no issues checking there first.

They do NOT honor the deals once APPROVED!!!

I have been working on a deal with Brandon Ford since late August of this year (2018) I had a deal "APPROVED" with my trade in value at $39K (2018 Toyota Tundra) which was apprised by the sales associate & the MANAGER on duty that day! I did not agree with the rates / monthly payments so I decided to wait on a used one to lower the price & bring the payments down. Yesterday I found the used truck that I wanted. I contacted the finance dept. which got on it right away. Even putting a SOLD sign on the truck I wanted... They asked to see my trade again the 2018 Toyota Tundra of course I said ok. The usual inspection was done again by another sales associate / manager this time they told me my trade was worth $31K a difference of $8k of course I said absolutely not NO WAY. I kept my cool waited to speak to the manger.. When I finally spoke to him he said "had you taken the 1st truck I would of had to eat $8k but not today"... I said to him... Mind you we had an "APPROVED DEAL ON THE TABLE" Keeping my cool I shook his hand & thanked him for wasting my time.. Unless they honor there deal they have LOST me as a customer for life!!! This is sad to especially from a dealership who's suppose to be #1 in sales / customer service... NOT YESTERDAY don't waste your time... They do not honor there deals even when its ALL APPROVED!!!!!!! I`m extremely upset & frustrated with the way they do business
