While waiting on the buying process, using the clean restrooms and vending machines and was offered bottled water by the sales associate Mark DiSantiago and also asked how we were doing by others. I noticed on their walls pictures and things of the many many years of service they have been around. We were first looking for a used vehicle. We were greeted in the parking lot by Mark DiSantiago he was not pushy just asked if he could help we said just looking and he walked away and let us look after saying if we needed anything just let him know. SO we became interested in a used Jeep compass but because we wanted to trade in our car and owed money it was easier with our credit score to purchase a NEW VEHICLE !! = explained Mark and Tom .
