I cannot thank Cary Jedlovec enough for all his help in making car buying hassle free. NO pressure, NO sales pitch, NO xxxxxxxx. Excellent follow through and follow up. I hate buying cars. But I’ve never felt slighted or that I left money on the table when I purchased a car from Cary.

I’ve been coming to Mercedes of Tampa since 2014 this was one of my worst experiences I arrived at 9:30 with my son who is four and we didn’t leave until 1:58 Every other time I’v been given a loaner car. I called 5 days in advance but there was no car waiting for me. I was thinking about going to Mercedes of Sarasota or Wesley Chapel in the future but after talking to Jalilh Kahn, he reassured me of what was going on and complementary shampoo and wax was offered on my vehicle for the inconvenience. It’s people like that that keeps customers from leaving and never coming back so he’s the reason why you guys have a return customer after six years of doing business with Mercedes of Tampa. It was a routine a service with a brake flush there is no reason why it should’ve taken that long.

BUYER BEWARE!!! -- Don't be fooled by this generic...

BUYER BEWARE!!! -- Don't be fooled by this generic response from the the internet team at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. We met with Alex Glickman prior to the original post and he pushed us off on his director of finance. We have proven that the finance manager was being dishonest, once this proof was provided, the director of finance tried to blame this on military lending laws. The reality: this dealership made a mistake and rather than owning it and correcting it, they expect a young military serviceman to to pay the price for that mistake.

I was immensely satisfied with the outstanding job that Jaden Batten provided from start to finish. What a great communicator. Very professional! She went above and beyond to make sure the entire experience was well over the top for me. I would definitely recommend her 1000 times over to assist me on my customer needs. It definitely gets no better than her. She's absolutely the best!!!
