I simply cannot speak highly enough of this dealership. In my 60 years, I have purchased many new and used cars from dealerships. The streamlined experience had with both purchases here was simply the best experience ever. Never have I been in and out of a vehicle purchase so quickly. The Chevrolet Center cuts out all the nonsense, the salesperson handles the entire deal. Justin in sales sets the bar high. Friendly, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. Mike in the service department was also a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding my Corvette. Chevrolet Center is the only dealership I will ever do business with in the future.

Disappointed Customer. Again.
Chevrolet Center use to have excellent customer service. This year however, I have had nothing but problems. In the spring I had an oil change and ended up complaining about extremely poor customer service on their survey. The Manager did actually reach out and said a free oil change would be on my account for next time. The next oil change did not have the credit on my account so I played the voicemail message to the same Manager and the credit was added for my next service with them. Yesterday I went in to have 4 new tires changed on my car. I ordered Bridgestone tires in advance of my appointment to make sure they were available when I arrived. My invoice stated Bridgestone and had my credit from the previous issues but when I got home my husband pointed out that my tires were Michelin tires NOT Bridgestone as it stated on my invoice. I called the Manager the next morning, he wanted to get more information and said he would call me back. Instead, I ended up talking to someone in parts, who half heartedly apologized and I did point this out, along with the fact that I drive an hour to the dealership one way and end up waiting almost 2 hours for service. The reply was basically that they are changing out my tires and making it right, so what more did I expect. Well, I expected a better attitude, definitely a more contrite attitude, maybe an offer of a discount for my time that is being wasted by their mistake or even a courtesy vehicle so I don't have to wait 2 hours at their dealership. Anything would have been better than the apathetic attitude I received. Again.

I was just having a routine oil change and tire rotation, yet it took 3 hours to accomplish this task. Usually, the car is taken in for service as soon as I arrive and turn over the keys. On this particular day, however, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and the service department seemed to be quite busy at the time. I finally was waited on and then I went into the main building to wait for my repairs to be completed. My vehicle sat out in the holding area for 45 minutes before it was taken in for service. Then an hour later, I received a text saying that the car had successfully been inspected.Then a little more than an hour lapsed and the car was finally done having the oil changed and tires rotated. Not sure what was going on that day, but if they had been short handed, I could have been scheduled at a different time so as not to hang around unnecessarily. That whole experience left me with a semi sour taste in my mouth. I trust that was a fluke and hopefully it won't happen again.

2020 Silverado
From Mike, who first wrote the service order ( which was very helpful,) he kept me updated on schedule from parts ordered to completion of repair. Tech that repaired transmission on my 2020 Chevy Silverado did a great job .
