Took Charger in for assistance with a navigation update. They were unable to complete the update. neither them nor I realized where to get the code needed to upload the update.

Did not go there to buy a car but rather pay for service that I was not very happy about! But thanks to Eric (Finance Mgr) who went out of his way to try to help with my concerns, we drove off in new vehicle. Thanks again to Eric and Ray

Lucy was right there at the front door. She opened the...

Lucy was right there at the front door. She opened the door on a rainy night. She helped us with everything and all our questions she got the car detailed and put a full tank of gas in there. She took care of all the insurance cards. She got the plate off the old car and put it on the new car. Until the very end she escorted us into our new car and asked if we had any questions. She went over all the features in the car. She was super friendly and the nicest person. Thank you Lizzie for all your help.

Great service, nice people. Fast service. I spoke to a salesman named Ray. His thorough knowledge of the truck I was interested in was great. Both the service advisor and salesman Ray were great. Too bad my 2020 Longhorn-Laramie fully loaded with every option except the Ram Box, with only 10,000 miles and the MSRP was $70,000 when new was valued so low for a trade in.
