Will did a great job listening to our needs and finding a car to fit the bill. No pressure sales worked well for us. Dealership was not very busy, however, we waited 2 hours for the financial paperwork to be completed. That part was frustrating. Although we had out of state paperwork to deal with on a Saturday afternoon, so the delay was understandable.

This is the dealership to go to. I find my vehicle online, expressed my interest and was contacted within the hour. The internet sales team connected me with Dan De Zee, my sales person and we texted, phoned, and emailed all the vitals. We agreed to a price BEFORE I got there. I showed up, signed papers and paid the price we agreed on. That simple. I am thrilled with my '23 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and enjoyed, yes, enjoyed every bit of this transaction. Jonathan Widing, the 'finance guy' was ready with all the paperwork and we sailed through the purchase. Mike Beretin delivered the vehicle to me the next day (I wasn't expecting to take it home that day) and was as excited about my new Jeep as I was. Great energy, great people, easy to do business with. Tip of the hat to the team at Ferman. Well done!!!
