Lied to repeatedly. Rarely got answered calls. There were no return calls when messages were left. An employee talked to me about my daughter who was also a customer without her consent. Paperwork was 2 weeks late, had to drive with expired tags. Very questionable business tactics with pre-approval and down-payment methods. We bought our car from Circleville location. I will say the car is great, but that's the only positive comment.

Gender inequality still exist
Gender inequality is discrimination based on sex or gender causing one sex or gender to be routinely privileged or prioritized over another. Gender equality is a fundamental human right that is violated by gender-based discrimination. I wholeheartedly believe more than ever this still exists today. Both interactions I've had with the service department at the Chillicothe location for Nissan, have left me feeling this way. When a man rolls his eyes at me during conversation and presents aggressive body language, I think degraded and challenged to defend myself. I was not given time to explain things nor did I even want to after the eye roll and shrug. The general tone of his voice made me feel less than. Top it off with the body language, I could not get out of there fast enough. Unfortunately once again I have to go back to this dealership for repairs. Parts were not available and need to be ordered. But due to the past two experiences here, my husband will be taking over. If you wish to continue to treat customers this way, especially women, I will not ever allow you to do it with me.

Beware - Dishonesty, disguised with a smile
We leased a 2019 Rogue from Nourse, and it's now time to turn it in or buy it out. We are opting to buy the vehicle out and told Mr. Steve Lowry we planned to pay cash. He told us THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION, and WE HAD TO FINANCE WITH NOURSE. Upon reading our lease agreement, it clearly stated we could pay cash + any necessary fees at the lease termination. We contacted Dutro Nissan in Zanesville, OH and their finance department was honest with us and said that YES, a cash buyout is possible and that many dealerships are being dishonest with customers regarding buyouts in order to make money off of the financing. When I contacted Mr. Lowry to let him know we would be buying the lease out through Dutro, he first tried to say that the financing was how Nourse "was choosing" to do things - THERE IS NO CHOICE WHEN YOU HAVE A CONTRACT STATING YOU HAVE TO TAKE A CASH PAYMENT. He followed that up by saying I was ruining "a good relationship over something so petty". Again, I - the customer, who was paying for a vehicle - was being PETTY over the fact that I 1) was blatantly lied to by Mr. Lowry and the Nourse Nissan enterprise, and; 2) wanting to pay LESS money to buyout my used vehicle. A year ago, I would have recommended Nourse, now - I would definitely do not. Attempting to take advantage of your customers to pad YOUR bottom line, not just dishonest, but outright LYING to customers, and following it up with name calling.....Nourse will never see our business again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, YOU WILL BE.
This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star, my experience happened twice with 2 different vehicles. The first vehicle I purchased, I was not told the car I purchased had a issue getting the registration. I took it back and the dealer wrote the deal off as a "Dead deal" The car I decided on after the car I returned was a brand new car with 10 miles on the odometer. The mirror on the passenger side was not painted as it should have been and I took my vehicle in to have a cracking noise checked also and the garage took over 4 hours to finally let me know that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and started accusing me of wrecking the car and accused me of taking my vehicle to a "chop shop" to have it repaired, which was not the case. Luckily I had taken pictures of the vehicle before I purchased it and then proved to this dealership I was in the right and they were not. The garage and the staff there are extremely RUDE. I would not want anyone else to experience what I went through. My issues are still on going and I am ready to file a lawsuit against nourse.

Eric House and Derek Blevins were excellent to work with. No hassles during test drives and buying process. They found an Altima AWD with the features abd color i wanted since they didn't have one on their lot. They offered great deal on trade in and new car price was very competitive. Best new car buying experience yet!!!@

Best dealer I found
I had no luck buying the car I wanted in Columbus Ohio so I drove down to Nourse Ford of Chillicothe Ohio and I couldn't be happier. I told them what I wanted and Dom and Jon made it happen as simple as that. They didn't try to talk me into a different car because of my price range or any of that kind of bull crap other dealers try to do. I have nothing bad to say about them, even now there going out of there way to make me extra keys and programming them on there dime plus filling my gas tank for making the trip down there from Columbus. I highly recommend visiting Nourse if your looking for a new car.

Great Customer Service
Two thumbs up for my salesman Billy! Such a quality guy. He checks in on your interest in the vehicle without being too pushy (and that is a fine line to walk). Great personality and friendliness when he rode along in the test drive. Their cars are good and prices are competitive. I was very close to buying from this dealership when a competitor matched their price on a newer model with equal miles of the car I wanted. Next time I need a car this dealership will receive a visit from me, and I will request Billy as my salesman again.
