Service was extremely slow for what I had serviced on my

Service was extremely slow for what I had serviced on my car. Changing a tail light bulb and an oil change took 2 1/2 hours/ Price was over $100. Too much for something so simple. They make the cars so that other people can't replaced and you spend your money on labor.

Luis was so kind and helpful this morning when I brought

Luis was so kind and helpful this morning when I brought my car in for a wedged coolant cap. ( I dropped it as I was trying to check the coolant level and it wedged itself at the bottom of the engine. )There were four other salesman and workers out front when I pulled up. I went into the parts area and they did not have another cap. The helpful parts man let me have a wire hangar to try and retrieve it. While outside trying to unwedge the cap,, Luis came out and asked to help. All others had scattered early on. Luis was able to loosen it and it fell below the car so I could get it out and put it back on. He was an incredible help and we so appreciate him! Kind, professional and so courteous to help. Thank you Luis! Again so appreciate you!!
