We dropped in to test drive a vehicle at Karl Flammer

We dropped in to test drive a vehicle at Karl Flammer Ford and Lloyd greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He answered all of our questions and gave us pricing. We informed him that we had another vehicle test drive at a different dealership and would let him know what we decided. About an hour and a half later, we were back at Karl Flammer Ford to make a purchase! Bryan was able to take care of all the paperwork. Special shout out to Lucas, Susanne and Steve for all of their help. Great group to work with when buying a new vehicle. No sales pressure, no nonsense. We even received a call the next day asking us to come back in and sign paperwork as Susanne found another $500 discount for us!

Rick was great to work with.

Rick was great to work with. I run a business and don't have time for games. I told Rick what I wanted up front, and he was straight forward on what he could do. He did everything he promised, and had the paperwork and truck ready to go when I arrived from 2 hours away. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Rick and Karl Flammer Ford is highly recommended from me, and we will be doing business regularly, even from 2 hours away. JH Marlin Construction

Chad my service advisor was awesome.

Chad my service advisor was awesome. My car was in the shop for some time as we waited on parts to arrive and my extended warranty company to approve the claim. Chad was with me every step of the way and kept my up to date on everything that was going on.

Got a Saturday morning appointment within a week.

Got a Saturday morning appointment within a week. Showed up early and got right in. Service took the amount of time they said it would. Service writer was not pushy. Cost was less than what I paid at another ford dealer in the area.
