What an incredible team effort on display while purchasing my new 2024 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 from Mullinax Kissimmee. Octavio was simply awesome. Ed in finance and manager David worked tirelessly to get us the deal we needed and trade in two vehicles for this deal. Just impressed. I even received a follow-up call from a Mr. George Dean assuring me that if I needed anything to call his number 365 days a year. Excellent Customer care.
Excellent Customer care. Very friendly staff. Our sales rep Tonia was just amazing, helping us get the truck of our dreams. Btandon in the Finance Office did a great job walking us the financial part of buying a new vehicle. We live 80 miles away from the Dealership, but if we ever buy another vehicle, it will be from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee!

I went in to potentially purchase a vehicle, and Luis
I went in to potentially purchase a vehicle, and Luis Lino helped him with the process. Everything was fine at first. We talked about what we were looking for, etc. We walked out because it was almost closing time, and we had submitted the application to get financed with Ford. We agreed he'd call us when he heard back with a decision from Ford Finance. A couple of days passed, and he contacted us and said our business got accepted to be financed... During the wait time, I contacted Ford Prestige and worked a deal with them because they had the truck and color I had always wanted. I didn't tell Lino this, but I went to Prestige Ford instead because, again, they had the exact car I wanted. I went to Prestige knowing our business had been approved for finance. We got there, and it all went downhill, it turns out that our business name was used by Lino to create chaos in our business finance history. He submitted the finance application using our business name and added someone else to the application who had a REPO Car! Due to this, Prestige Ford Finance Bank didn't want to finance us because the person Lino added to our application had a bad history not only was he ruining our business name and integrity, but he was also making our business look bad to all the banks making it impossible for us to get financed by anyone else! The boss at Prestige Ford had to make multiple calls to Ford Finance to sort this out because our business had an impeccable history with Ford, and he couldn't believe we were not getting financed, thankfully he got to the bottom of this and contacted Mullinax to tell them they xxxxed up, and because of them, they were making it impossible for me to get financed!!! All Mullinax had to say was, " Sorry, it was an accident." That accident almost cost me my business name that's not a xxxxing accident, Mullinax and Luis Lino. Your " accident" caused a blockage in my business history, and I was never going to get financed by anyone! Even Ford Finance said that my business had a perfect history, but that REPO car from someone with the last name Rivera was making it impossible for me to get financed. Again, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO THIS RIVERA PERSON IS!!! LINO ADDED THEM TO PREVENT ME FROM PURCHASING A VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE! I am NEVER going back to LUIS LINO! It almost cost us our business reputation with FORD. It's Disgusting the way you do business, and I expect a formal apology from your screw-up Luis Lino. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LUIS LINO AS YOUR SALES-PERSON HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER! The fact you don't even see his name on the reviews should say enough! Long story short even the boss at prestige said that Lino did this on purpose to prevent me from getting financed by any Ford bank, that he did this so I could go back to mullinax and purchase the vehicle with only them.

Hello, I tried calling you several times, but I have not been able to connect with you. I have investigated your concern, and I wanted to apologize to you and explain exactly what happened. You are correct that a mistake was made, but Luis Lino had nothing to do with it. As a Sales Consultant, Luis does not and is not allowed to submit information to any bank. Only a Sales Manager or a Finance Manger can do that. In your case, a Finance Manger was working multiple deals at the same time with different Sales Consultants. Your business has the term “PRO” in it. A different Sales Consultant was also working on a deal with a different customer that was also a business with “PRO” in their name. When that Sales Consultant provided documents to the Finance Manager to submit to the bank, the Finance Manager heard the word “PRO” and mistakenly placed those documents in your deal file and later added them to your credit application thinking that this person was associated with your business. We contacted Ford Credit, and they stated that your original credit approval was UNTOUCHED by this action. Ford Credit stated that since your business was approved for the loan without this co-buyer, the original approval was still valid. Ford Credit rejected the co-buyer’s application, NOT YOURS. We don’t know what the people at Prestige Ford told you, but Ford Credit told us that there was nothing wrong with your business application or your business credit file. They did say that the rejected application would be deleted from their system as it was rejected and only your credit approval would matter. Again, we don’t know what Prestige Ford told you to upset you but your credit file with Ford Credit is unharmed and proof of that fact is that you completed your purchase at Prestige Ford and are currently driving your new truck. This was not anything special Prestige Ford did for you, Ford Credit told us they used the original approval from the application that Mullinax Ford submitted for you. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle (EV) online,
This was our first time purchasing a vehicle (EV) online, and across state boarders. Ultimately the process went well and our sales person, Tonia, was great to work with. We arranged transportation through Area 51 Motorsports LLC out of Beaumont, TX. This was a great service, and only took two days to cover ~1200 miles. Overall, a good experience with Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee.
