Very unhappy second time buyer
The staff seems to be very uneducated about the chevy product, my salesman told me that all trucks come with backup cameras when mine didn't and I asked him about it he said I don't have one on the lot without one, plus he said the truck had a hitch, well it has a tow package but no hitch, so I asked him about that and they said I would have to pay for one so very frustrated I said well lets move on and I'll go somewhere else he said ok and hung up on me, this place is very unprofessional and rude the way I was treated as a second time buyer tells me they are only concern ed about the sale and not the customer, be carefull if you go there because all they say is yes but then can't deliver on there promise, very disappointed, think I twice before doing business there!!!!!!

Chevy truck repair
I woul like to thank Mr Robert Romero for his excellent service not only was he very knowledgeable but explained to us everything needed, also made possible for us to go home while repairs were being done and kept us posted!! Thanks again Mr Romero you will be highly recommended.

Sold out from under me.
I had a buyers order on a used vehicle, rented a trailer to bring vehicle home and procured a bank check which I paid the fee. Only to find out the vehicle was sold out from under me. A BS way of doing business. You would think once a buyers order is procured, the vehicle would be marked as sold. Seems to be another way of getting a little more money. Shameful.

Great way to buy a fast car!
David originally helped me out on the phone in my search for the exact right car I was looking for. When my wife and I came in the following morning, David d was relentless in searching for the exact Camaro we wanted even when we weren't sure what we wanted ourselves. Trading in two different vehicles for one SSCamaro was a bit complicated, but Dave took it all in stride. That is one very dedicated salesman you have, and my wife and I are very grateful for a wonderful experience buying this car. The car we found was not at your dealership, and David personally went and retrieved the car for us. My wife and I have had our share of dealings with less than honest people, and it was very refreshing to work with David and the entire Castriota team.
