    Big disapointment! Purchased brand new Traverse. Sales person Yamil adds on a fee for $499 for dent protection and $499 for appearance protection without... fully explaining what these really cover and without asking us if we want them. Ask them to show you the terms of aggreement and limitations. Total rip off!

    I love Autonation Chevrolet on W Colonial! Purchased my second car a few days ago, everyone from my sales person Sylvia & Robert to the manager Harry... and finance agent Bruno, treated me like family. Not only did they care about my needs, but were very thorough and careful in all the steps taken. They made car buying fun, easy and painless. They do follow up calls to see how everything is going, not only will I recommend them to anyone I know, but I am pleased and very comfortable to say that Autonation Chevrolet on W Colonial will have a life long customer!

    Neat place nice people and great customer service Mr David Vega and Eugene Sturgeon are the best when it comes to customer service and awesome customer... experience.     I took my car to get serviced because it was having a problem. I scheduled my service over the phone the night before. When I arrived Richard who was my... service advisor meet outside he was ready for me before I got out of the car. He took his time to listen to my issue and assured me that he would do his best to get me answers. That's exactly what he did. Richard kept me posted every step of the way. I felt as if my car was in good hands. I have always been skeptical about getting repairs done at the dealership in fear that I would be charged for things I didn't need but this experience has definitely changed my mind. Richard is the reason my opinion has changed. It was reassuring to know that even though I did not know what was wrong that it was explained in such detail that all of my questions were answered before I agreed to have the repairs done. He will definitely be recommended by me I now know I have an advocate for me when I take my car in for service.

    We have been wanting to test drive pre owned Chevy Traverses and Tahoe's. I did a bunch of internet searches and found that this dealership had both on... the lot. I talked to the girl at the front desk though their chat option and asked if the ones I saw listed on their website were indeed there on their lot because my husband and I wanted to come in a bit later to test drive both. She said she checked and yes, they had the used traverse and 2 tahoes on their website on their lot and that she would have one of the guys pull them around for us. So we made an appt to come in an hour later. We lined up babysitters for our kids and drove 35 mins in traffic to get down there. On the way, the sales manager Gene, calls my husband and just wants to make sure we're coming in and confirm which cars we're hoping to drive. We tell him the cars and say we'll be there in 10 minutes and he confirms he'll have them pulled up for us and to ask for one of his sales guys. So we get there, and the sales guy comes out and tells us that those cars are actually not at this location but at their sister location up in Sanford but that he'd be happy to drive us up there if we want to test drive them. It'll be about 30 mins in traffic there and 30 mins back. WHHHHHATTT???!! We were like, are you kidding us? We were just told by your front desk lady and your sales manager that the cars were ON YOUR LOT and that the cars would be "pulled around for us" for the appointment we made. We were so upset, we just left and will never be back. It felt like we were lied to to get us on your lot. We wasted our insanely precious time (on what's usually our rare date night) where we had to book and pay for a sitter aaaaaand drive all the way out there in traffic. Why would you ever expect someone to be ok with this and say "sure now I'll get in a car with your sales guy and drive 30 mins back in the direction I just came from to go look at the cars you said were here...twice. " No thank you. I would steer clear of this dealership unless you have extra time to spend driving across town to their other locations. (By the way, we were in the market for 2 vehicles, so you likely just lost two sales.)

    I came in for a squeak when pressing on the clutch. I had the service tech drive with me because he didn?t know what I was speaking about. I saw that he... was driving my brand-new vehicle without gloves on his dirty hands, Since I have suede steering wheel and shifter it can?t be wiped off. I did not comment on the seat and floor mat also not having any type of cover on them. After driving my vehicle around the block and Identifying what the issue was, I was told by the tech that he would investigate it more. 20 minutes after identifying the issue I was told by the tech that the issue had been resolved by adding lubrication to the clutch. I checked out and when opening my door to the car I was Immediately punched in the face with a strong odder of lubrication. I was furious that my brand-new car now smelled like lubrication oil!!! I was very furious that I left immediately to another dealer in Ocala. I was there for the remaining day and had the issue resolved and they even cleaned some of the excess oil to get rid of the horrible smell in my new car. But The smell is still very potent!!! I can?t believe the unprofessionalism that I encountered in this service department.
