I made an appointment for an oil change because I was sent a discount coupon! I bought my vehicle at the Colonial Chevrolet so trusted that They would take good care of my auto! Luis In service was pleasant and I was greeted on time and offered a cold bottle of water! Wait time was quoted upon arrival and was delivered on time! I even got a tour of new cars from a young sales lady named Olivia! Well Done Auto Nation!

Purchase a used vehicle here on November 28, 2025 .

Purchase a used vehicle here on November 28, 2025 . The paperwork process wasn't done right. On December 30th the POLICE pulled me over because THE TAG on the vehicle and the registration didn't match I call them several times, and they always said that the person who was in charge of doing the paperwork was in a meeting or where no in . This people should give me the run around avoiding taking care of the BIG PROBLEM they caused. On January 2 , 2026 POLICE removed the Tags from the vehicle over night. When I woke up the car was with out tags. So still waiting on this dealership to resolve this problem I went in person 5 times they told me the same thing. The person in charge of doing the paperwork was wasn't available. Today is SATURDAY JANUARY 24 finally I got the Tags deliverd by FedEx after 2 months I purchased the vehicle. This totally unacceptable for a buyer had to go to this headache .I had to pay for uber to go back and forward to work for 3 weeks 120.00 per week times 3 for a total of $360.00 because this Dealership intelligence. DON'T BUY HERE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.

WHY 1 star?

WHY 1 star? Because they are dishonest for starters. They said that I needed new evaporator lines because they were clogged. Another corvette mechanic just blew the lines out. I needed the ac blend door fixed, they said it needed a system evacuation and recharge. I had checked the system with a gage before I took it to them. I canceled the work and when I got the car back they had completely drained my ac of refrigerant. They are a dishonest repair shop and DON'T use them.

Calling that number doesn't get me to an operator by hitting zero or waiting. I will never bring a car back to you.Whatsoever, and nobody else should either have a car serviced.You are very dishonest there.

Santiago and Jorge were hands down the best.

Santiago and Jorge were hands down the best. They worked with me until they got a deal I could afford and even though life is challenging, a lease approved. If I'm still in Orlando in 3 years I will come back.

Came in for standard oil change and tire rotation.

Came in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Once told work was complete and bill paid, got keys and noticed tire pressure was not per recommendations. Checked tires and noticed they had not been rotated. Service coordinator checked and had to send truck back. After rotating the tire pressure still had not been addressed. I?m not sure the oil and filters were even changed. They did give me a note on the back of a business card giving me 10% off my next oil change. Clearly there is a lack of ownership in the mechanics at this place.
