Very clean, people are polite, excellent sales people. Everything worked well from the.beginning right thru to delivery They got me for two thousand on my trade, thought they had decided on 25 not 23 thousand. I was surprised it’s my fault I didn’t check better

I'm very upset with this dealer.

I'm very upset with this dealer. I have taken my vehicle from 9/2021 to 2/18/2022 - total of 4 times with the same issue. Steve Beall has been great at customer service but resolving the issue is the true matter. The Service Manager got involved and I thought that would settle it however it didn't. I give their service center a fat 2, and will have to escalate this to management. DO NOT this service center!!!!

We had a good experience at AutoNation. A huge thank you goes out to Tammy Morales for her help in getting us in, and having the problem fixed. She's a great asset to AutoNation.

We took our Equinox in to have the ECM replaced.

We took our Equinox in to have the ECM replaced. We were told the Ecm was ok and that it was another computer problem. 2500 dollars later and it turned out the Ecm was the problem. Ecm was covered by the dealer but we had to pay for everything else that we didn’t need. Started driving home and the Ac controls weren’t working correctly. The controls were fine before we took into the dealer but the dealer was sure that it couldn’t have been them. It was basically my word against theirs and they said that I couldn’t prove that it was their fault. So now I have to pay for that too even though it was working fine before we brought the car to them.

I had a very pleasant professional experience with AutoNation. From my initial phone call for service to the return of my vehicle, everything went smooth and efficient. Prior to calling them, I contacted (or tried) another Chev dealer and went straight to “hold”, listening to their recorded message of “how important my call was, someone will help you shortly.” After about 8 mins., someone picked up and my call dropped. I left a voice message next. The next day, no response so I called AutoNation. Needless to say, super job. The other dealer (Starling) still hasn’t returned my call. It was well worth the extra travel for the great service.

While visiting from IL our battery died at Leu Garden.

While visiting from IL our battery died at Leu Garden. Got a jump there and called Autonation. Spoke to Chris and he set up our appointment for 4:15 PM it was 4:00 PM when we called. It took only 10minutes to the dealership. Steve greater us as Justin was busy with another customer. Both were very friendly. Before 5:00 PM we were back in the car! A great dealership with outstanding employees!

The service department was friendly and efficient.

The service department was friendly and efficient. I arrived early for my appointment and they still started working on my car right away. The waiting area was a nice space to get work done while I waited. It was a good experience.
