If I could give a lower rating I would this place will...

If I could give a lower rating I would this place will rip you off in the service Dept. Stay away! I live 150 mile from Orlando my truck started missing and engine light was on I pulled over and truck would not restart. Closes dealer to me was this place. I had it towed there late on a Thursday. Friday they could not get to it. Monday I started calling for a update as I was in a rent a car and need to find out how long. I called over 20 times with no call back from Rich Romero I finely had to call sales and then I got a call back. The issue they said was bad gas and need to remove tank and clean the fuel lines and injectors. Ok so $1,100 and it should be fixed I ask? yes sir. I asked if they checked everything else to make sure this was the issue! Ignition timing engine compression test everything is good so I said ok do it. They could not get to it till Wednesday or Thursday at best! I call Wednesday afternoon and no response after 10 more calls to this guy I have to go through the sales dept. to get him to call back. He side It running now but! now it’s you have a completely blocked catalytic converter and one injectors plugged up and we recommend replacing all 8 injectors and the catalytic converter so I said give me a price for just one injector and the catalytic converter $2,500 on top of the $1,100 so now we are at $3,600! At this point I need a second opinion. I ask around and found a shop so I told them I am picking it up he said ok I will have the Tech put the catalytic converter back on I went to get it and my Bill was $384.44? Not the $1,100 on the bill no mention of fuel system cleaning dropping gas tank none of that work was ever done and the truck would not run at all. So I am into this for a week and I have it sent to the other shop The owner calls me the same day and said you have one cylinder that has no compression! After going over it he found a broken exhaust spring and ordered one for it the next day he call and said you are good to go! Bill was $365.00 out the door but he said man they just slapped your exhaust back together and it’s leaking really bad! My truck is fulling with exhaust fumes now and I am on my way back to the dealer! This is to be continued! I did not work with Jessica only Richard and I am now at the dealer stay tuned 10/20/2020 1:23 pm

Instead of trying to make it Right with me Why don’t you have your GM post here what His or Her plans are to stop what is happening at your dealership? There are people that are barely making it by as it is and need there vehicles just to survive and depend on what is supposed to be the best place to have there vehicle repaired the First time The Dealer!! Based on all the review sites this has been the norm for sometime and with the same people in place with no change! I will Gladly Eat all the money and Time I Wasted just to make sure some other person can be well informed as to what to expect from your GM. Please advise Thank you

Good luck. This particular dealership has a blatant disregard for the truth. I honestly believe they invented the bait and switch technique. If you value your time and money, go elsewhere. I'm taking all the emails, online ads and correspondences to the next level.

Disappointed Customer

Big disapointment! Purchased brand new Traverse. Sales person Yamil adds on a fee for $499 for dent protection and $499 for appearance protection without fully explaining what these really cover and without asking us if we want them. Ask them to show you the terms of aggreement and limitations. Total rip off!

Awesome customer service

Neat place nice people and great customer service Mr David Vega and Eugene Sturgeon are the best when it comes to customer service and awesome customer experience. We are living during a difficult times and the fact that when I got here I was welcomed with a big smile , thank me for my business and I was asked to come back for any need of service for my vehicle gives me that confidence that the whole team here at Chevrolet really know how to take care of their customers

I took my car to get serviced because it was having a problem. I scheduled my service over the phone the night before. When I arrived Richard who was my service advisor meet outside he was ready for me before I got out of the car. He took his time to listen to my issue and assured me that he would do his best to get me answers. That's exactly what he did. Richard kept me posted every step of the way. I felt as if my car was in good hands. I have always been skeptical about getting repairs done at the dealership in fear that I would be charged for things I didn't need but this experience has definitely changed my mind. Richard is the reason my opinion has changed. It was reassuring to know that even though I did not know what was wrong that it was explained in such detail that all of my questions were answered before I agreed to have the repairs done. He will definitely be recommended by me I now know I have an advocate for me when I take my car in for service.
