Carla was quick and polite to help me out with my oil change. I had no other problems with my vehicle. I was in and out without a hassle.

Good afternoon, the telephone customer service was excellent, the young man explained everything to me well and I agreed. I would like to know how to file a complaint with ancira eagle pass tx it lasted 10 days waiting for an appointment the day of the appointment I took my jeep and they received it they told me that it would take 4 days to know the diagnosis no one communicates with me I call repeatedly and I they hang up the phone I was left without a car all those days. I get raid I go and they tell me to keep waiting that it only has 2 Mechanics when I was supposed to have an appointment they could do their job better and so I wouldn't be without a car for so many days and just like me the more customers they will have

Sold me a car with 7 year old tires that virtually no wear so wouldn't notice. Tires still had "little hairs" on them, they must have had them in storage or something. Have contacted dealership since and they didn't seem to care.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone was very helpful. They answered my questions and provided a solution to the problem I had with my Chrysler. Would recommend to family and friends.
