These guys are a bunch of crooks!

These guys are a bunch of crooks! Purchased a used vehicle online that had a number of things that were broken/needing repair. They refused to make it right. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Classic response from you crooks! As it turns out, your finance manager did not read our approval letter correctly - it had loan to value stipulations that he failed to recognize. So...like every other aspect in dealing with you all...I am having to jump through hoops to get things done since there is gross incompetence and lack of service. Bank of America will be calling you shortly to get it sorted out. You're welcome.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

Purchased a 2020 1500 Denali truck online. It showed up with a huge dent, back up camera was not functional, and the cab light was broken. The sales guy told me to take it to a local dealer since everything was on warranty. How the xxxx are major dents on warranty. Had to convince the sales manager to pick it up and make the repairs. They just returned the truck today and the dent is still there. The General Manager told me that was the best they can do. What a complete crook! They provide no service and do not do the right thing. Save yourself the heartburn of dealing with this morons.

On April 30 I went to Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking to buy a truck. Salesperson Ben Dodge determined my requirements and then searched the dealership, as well as some other locations, to try to find me a truck. Ben was very pleasant and knowledgeable and focused on finding a suitable truck and making sure it was a pleasant buying experience. I highly recommend him. Darrin Grant, the General Manager, also got involved and moved heaven and earth trying to find me a suitable vehicle. A vehicle meeting my requirements was subsequently located and I purchased the vehicle in a seamless and pleasurable manner. The shopping experience at Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a testament to what a car-buying experience should be, and both Ben and Darrin went far above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Based on their demeanor and performance, I have no doubt whatsoever that anyone looking to buy a vehicle would enjoy the same level of customer service and satisfaction that I enjoyed. I cannot recommend Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Ben Dodge and Darrin Grant enough! If you need a vehicle, stop by Advantage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and talk to their staff! If it is at all humanly possible for them to get you into the vehicle that is right for you, you can rest assured that they will!

First ever buying a car from a dealership and Charlie Crown calmed my fears and made me feel very comfortable. From searching online, visiting the dealership, test driving 3 vehicles (finally deciding on the Patriot), financing department/cashier ahd then a tour to explain where I would go for service etc,.... every step was flawless! Left the D.M.V.with my 16 year old and headed straight to dealership for a wrangler to go with new license. While in the turning lane My son apparently was not fast enough for the salesman Keith who was rolling in at 10:10 in a white jeep cherokee. He began to sit on his horn. We pulled in, I gave Keith a piece of my mind and let management know we were on our way to a more welcoming atmosphere. If you are going to be an impatient jerk don't be one at your place of business.

This dealership is worth the trip! Found a car online, phoned and made a reservation to test drive. We came from Winter Garden to just to see the car and end up trading in and leaving with the new car! They know what they are doing and have a friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this dealership.

Really horrible people Bill Bryan Chrysler, Jeep ,Dodge.Hundred percent customer service efficiency.I hated my jeepI was not interested in what they had but was patient with me and kept showing me vehicles without you’re running my credit again and again about 15 to 20 times. You should be looking at advantage Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram a Mount Dora “ I recommend this completely. 100% Aaron Acevedo. He’s a family man we had a long talk about his dad being a truck driver and me being at semi truck mechanic. This man is down to earth do you be honest with him he will be honest with you. Went back two days later and he greeted me with a handshake and a warm what can I do for you. Top-notch guys at a top-notch place. Thank you for for making it affordable and easy. Took me less than 45 minutes to be approved.

I was traveling from out-of-state and had car trouble. If you’ve been in that situation, you know it’s a crap-shoot finding reliable service. I have bought 8 vehicles from Advantage. I called today for help looking for a Wrangler for my son and was told what we were looking for was impossible with no offer to help or suggestions. I will not shop at Advantage again.

What the Heck???!

Put a new alternator on my jeep liberty. Per outside mechanic.. set off the antitheft.... so it wouldn't start. Had it towed there. Two weeks later I went to pay and pick up my liberty. Paid them 2700.00 and went out to drive off and it wouldn't even start. No power whatsoever. And no explanation.
