The dealership lied on the Carfax about the 2018 Chevy

The dealership lied on the Carfax about the 2018 Chevy Silverado LT. The truck was in an accident and I found out how through the Vin number. I would never buy another vehicle from that dealership nor recommend that dealership to anybody.

My Dodge SUV was towed to Advantage for Warranty work.

My Dodge SUV was towed to Advantage for Warranty work. The tow company damaged my vehicle, on Advantage's lot and they did not notify me of the damage, even when I picked up my vehicle, after it was repaired! The Service Writer knew of the damage and has been no help in getting the tow service to pay the over $3,000 in damages, nor has anyone else at Advantage. I was promised calls and help when I spoke with the Sullivan Group, which owns Advantage, but never received a call or email! Will never use them again!

The salesman was awesome but finance was terrible.

The salesman was awesome but finance was terrible. Would not accept no in regards to gap or extended warranty. The only other bad thing is, they slipped in an additional $1k from what we agreed on and I didn't catch it in finance so my fault.

Absolutely Horrible service department.

Absolutely Horrible service department. They are not honest, and once you sign that Diagnostic contract, they have leverage and will use it however, they want their advantage. They are not straight up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
