Everyone is courteous and very helpful with everything the dealership waiting area is very clean. The only department we weren't happy with was the detailing, if I was rating it would be very poor . When they were asked to redo some of the cleaning their response was we've already done that Vehicle.

Well when I got my vehicle back I went up the road to the gas station and the vehicle wouldn't start we kept trying to start it and nothing happened then after roughly 15 minutes it started then the check engine light came on. Also they said when I dropped it off it would be two days it turned out to be 8 days. Usually I have a good experience with this ford dealership but not so much this time.

Everything went well. Waiting room was comfortable. Will be returning for future oil changes and maintenance.
