While visiting Florida from Arkansas we brought our 2018

While visiting Florida from Arkansas we brought our 2018 Ford Expedition to your dealership with a discharging issue. We are in our 70’s and had no other vehicle to drive. After over two weeks you charged us nearly $1,500 and returned our vehicle with the same problem. We communicated with several people there. We finally heard back from your service manager who said he would discuss our issue and get back to us. We never heard back from him. We feel as though we deserve a full refund of what you charged us.

Friendly customer service. 2 hour wait. The news station in the waiting room was not good. It did not show any actual news.

Took my truck in late in the day and had advised them I

Took my truck in late in the day and had advised them I needed it back by a certain time. The truck was not ready however they did get it down quick as possible. I don't believe they finish the entire service that they normally would but I have no real idea. I had an oil change and saw oil under my truck this morning so will keep an eye on it to make sure there's nothing going on.
