I was very pleased with my visit to this dealership. Very professional, All personnel were friendly. My salesperson Nick showed me what I was looking for and took the time to explain the features and some of the technology. He answered all my questions and did a great job. I was a Ford sales and leasing consultant for the same dealership for 15 years. My dealership back in Massachusetts was family owned. We did not do any high pressure sales and did business in a friendly manner. We showed the customer real numbers and made the buying process painless. Nick did the same thing that I would have done in the sales process. I can't say enough good things about Nick Nicholas Ford. I definitely recommend this dealership to do business with. I can’t say enough about this dealership we went to a take five and had our oil change because our oil light came on along with change the fuel filter and the gentleman there told us that the bracket on the fuel filter was gonna break if he took it off so we needed somebody else to change it, went straight to the Ford Dealer in Inverness, on a Saturday there’s no way we thought we’d get in, low and behold The manager was there he got a and the person that worked on the truck. His name is Matthew. He was wonderful too, came right over and looked at it to see what the issue was said yes no problem. He could do it. There wasn’t an issue with it and thank heavens he was there to help us because the other guy told us we only had one fuel filter when in fact, we had two, on a Saturday again with no appointment you know you just really don’t get service this good nowadays so we’re so thankful for them. We had to get it done today because we’re leaving Tuesday. Headed to Texas, we’re full time RV’s.
