Nick Nicholas Ford

I have been a Citrus County resident for 20 years. I have only purchased 3 cars but all 3 were from Nicholas Ford. All 3 cars have been maintained only by Nicholas Service Department. That speaks for itself.

Customer service reps in the shop are always pleasant and easy to talk to. The only reason for only 4 stars is because I wasn't offered a loaner, when the job was going to take more than 4 hours. Our Mercedes dealership always offered a loaner for anything over 4 hours. I never had to ask. Ft. Mitchell Mercedes in Kentucky. I know most people think that is a luxury car dealership, but a nice Explorer is pretty much the same price. That's all.

I was there for Recall Work . HVAC Fan and the Back up Cam made the appointment 1 week in advance giving the Recall Numbers and VIN . Fan Got replaced the Service Manager had to call me due to me leaving me a message stating that his Tech. Had to witness a malfunction to order the parts instead of having them there to fix the Ford Motor Co Recall ! My time is worth money as everyone else's is !

Very professional service and we were in and out quickly. We will be back for future purchases.
