Service was good, although I was disappointed in 2 thins; 1) I had a warranty item that they would not fix, said I had to make a second appointment, and bring it back. 2) There is a recall on my vehicle, and service was unaware of the fix, again resulting in me having to bring the vehicle back in.

Sean was very down to earth.
Sean was very down to earth. Showed us different vehicles we were interested in to compare. He was always courteous and polite and made the car shopping process easier. Sean wa the reason we bought from Sullivan Joe was also fair in dealing with us and was polite during our negotiations.

This is the third vehicle of which I purchased at the Sullivan GMC/Buick family of dealerships in Ocala, Florida. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I've received; from the initial sales, to the more than fair financing options they continue to offer me. I'm so grateful. Recently I needed to take care of a little scheduled maintenance on one of my vehicles and I left the dealership feeling as if I was literally family to the help and attention I received in the service department. eg, That's one of the most important variables to me as a consumer, whereas it gives me reason to stick with a family of providers for my automotive needs for many years to come. Personally, I've spent over four decades in the auto industry and I'm so pleased to be receiving the level of service that I've always believed in and that I've always strived to give to my own customers.
