Found the car we liked on-line and exchanged a phone call, visit and phone call with the dealership's on-line sales rep, Johnny. The next day we purchased... the car. We were in/out of the dealership in approximately 2 hours. Facility is very clean, nicely decorated with antique automobiles and western motif type decor. David Scott was our salesman. He was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The finance director, Brandon Dominguez was very knowledgeable especially concerning the extended warranty. The car was cleaned so well it appeared brand new. Our experience with this dealer was great! I highly recommend this dealership. Not Pleased with this dealership... I purchased a CPO vehicle from them with what I thought was FORD backed extended service plan. Come to find out its... a 3rd party protection plan that will not cover the defect that is wrong with my truck. I have been calling and leaving messages all week now for someone to call me back but have yet to receive a response. This is shaping up to be a poor experience and afraid they are what I wanted to avoid typical "USED CAR SALESMEN". I simply want them to make this right and provide the Premium Care FORD extended service plan I thought I was purchasing with a CPO truck. BUYER BEWARE....STAY AWAY Highly disappointed!!!

Sent several emails to dealership thru cars. com! Never did I hear back from anyone either by phone, text or email. Attempted several attempts thru email... about used truck in there inventory. Not once was I emailed or even thank for inquiring about the truck. Gave up and staring looking else where. Bad customer service in used car sales! To this day truck is still being advertised and getting reviews from cars.com

I made an on-line appointment for "The Works" service on my 2011 F-150 truck. My appointment was at 8am. I arrived at 7:55am. The service writer got to... me very quickly and service began soon after. By 9am I was ready to continue my day. Good morning Sonny, It’s not often that I send an email out like this. But I had to in this case. I just wanted to let you know how much me and my wife... appreciate the kindness and most friendly welcome we get when we visit your dealership, especially from Roland Trevino. I bought a 2013 F150 XLT about two years ago from him and was looking to trade it in for a 2015 Lariat. I won’t lie when I tell you that I looked and talked to two other dealership’s. Well after talking to them I told myself why? I already have someone at Chaparral Ford who treated me and my wife very well. SO I called Roland up and told him what I was looking for. Within that day he had a truck for me to look at even though he had to go out and search for it. The first one he found I didn’t like. That did not stop him from finding me the one that I just bought this weekend from you all. I have never had someone so committed to helping others out as I’ve seen in him. Watching him work this past weekend with other customers, I can see why so many of them ask for him. You have a very good man working there for you. Due to our busy schedules, the only time we were able to visit was 6:30 PM on a Friday evening. Johnny Villanueva and the Chaparral staff stayed late and... allowed us to take our time with two test drives and gave us time to make our decision without pressure. The buying process itself was quick and hassle free!
We went in on a Saturday morning to look at a 2016 Ford F250 advertised on the internet and by early afternoon we were driving away in our new truck. Roy... Ortiz and Roy Fernandez were both extremely friendly, helpful and fair throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we would definitely recommend this dealership.
