The minute I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and asked how they could help me and was offered a cold water. I was able to test drive the car I was intrerested in and CJ went and got the car and parked up front where I had easy access to it. I would highly recommend Phillips Chryler Dodge! Bought a $100k+ used car from out of state, sight unseen. Vehicle arrived with fuel light on and service past due light on. They sent a small check for fuel and did nothing about the past due service or failure to tell me about it.

Service department complaint: Lied about when our vehicle would be fixed, never returned phone calls or texts, absolute avoidance of communication with the customer. Both Scott, Gary, AND the general management of the dealership have not called back, despite both myself and my husband calling numerous times over thr course of the week. If all parts were in stock and it should have been done in Tuesday, we should have been told Friday if that was the actual day. We had to show up in person expecting our vehicle to be told it would be done Friday. Absolutely deplorable. Will never go back. If I could rate it zero stars for accountability, I would.

I can't speak intelligently about the dealership as I was never there and my dealings were only with Thomas Bivins. I purchased, from out of state, sight unseen, a used Porsche in excess of $130,000. I was comfortable doing so because of Thomas' professionalism , detailed representations and responsiveness (pictures/videos) to my requests.
