I called Phillips Dodge with an inquiry on May 25, 2018 after the rep that I spoke with didn't have the info I needed she connected me with Matthew Hurd. I gave Matthew the same info I had given the young lady and by the 26th all my questions were answered. Matthew went above and beyond and got my deal done. When we arrived at the dealership the car was ready and we spent maybe 30-45 minutes completing the paperwork. I have never had a deal to run as smoothly for me as this one. Thanks again Matthew!!!

Sales rep, was receptive to my years of experience in finance and did not attempt to sell us. He did a good job in meeting our request by matching my request for terms and conditions. The only negative we would say was the time spent completing the transaction. We were there over two plus hours but in all fairness, part of the time was due to our request to have certain items on the vehicle taken care of prior signing the sales agreement.
