Two diesel engine oil changes have now been

Two diesel engine oil changes have now been unsatisfactory. Most recent change required a return visit due to oil leaking onto my drive, and in parking barn. Return visit over an hour to tighten filter and top off oil

Brought in my Ram truck for an oil change and tire

Brought in my Ram truck for an oil change and tire rotation. I knew what the PSI of my tires were before I got there . Each tire was different . They finished my truck,I paid and left. I looked at what the air pressure was and it was exactly the same as when I brought it in. I went back and the service rep checked with the mechanic who admitted they hadn’t rotated the tires . They take my truck back and do it. I leave and check the pressure and they did rotate them but didn’t adjust the air pressure. I said the heck with it and came home and did it myself.They also didn’t replace the sticker that tells you when your next service is which I had pointed out and they still didn’t do it. I was told the service manager was alerted to it not being done right yet he walked by me three times without acknowledging me . Not impressed!
