Poor service, no communication from management.

Great Auto Service
I've been going to this dealership for service since 2015, I own 2 mustang Shelbys and everytime I do a modification on either I take them in for service to make sure everything is back in specs, recently I took my new dodge charger after I modified the entire front and rear suspension, they went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was properly aligned, I've always had a good experience good there and everyone is polite and professional, I will continue going there for service and repair.

Purchased a Toyota Tundra from this dealership on
Purchased a Toyota Tundra from this dealership on 09/27/2022 that was supposedly certified with a 60 point inspection. I took the vehicle to Cavender Toyota on 10/14/2022 to have routine maintenance preformed only to find out I had a leak on the Cam Cradle with Timing cover that cost over $5000.00 to repair. Based on the report from the Toyota dealership this was a leak that could be easily seen. I am now taking action to recover my out of pocket cost. You should never have to buy a vehicle where you have to turn around and have $5000.00 in repairs before you have your first payment. I am currently in contact with the dealership about this matter and depending upon how the respond will affect this review and immediate further legal action if necessary.

I was looking for a regular cab pickup for my son. I found one on line at Ancira Ford. I contacted the dealership; the vehicle was there for viewing. I told them what time we would be there and Jon Mack and Clay was waiting. They showed us the truck and gave us a fair price. The entire process to less than on hour. Wait on the funds to be transferred took longer than the sale. The team told me several times to take the truck and not to worry. The dealership was excellent. The entire sales process was excellent and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and a wonderful sales experience. YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Took my 2019 f350 in for 3 recalls and front end has the death wobble when I hit a pot hole. Also side marker light was broke . Which I told sales person about it weeks after it came in that it was cracked . We’ll because I live in Houston and didn’t get it fixed right away they would not cover it . They had to replace rear inter fender well because it was cracked but would not replace front mud flap . For about 250 dollars they lost my business . It’s not about the money . O well plenty of other dealerships . The service dept were great management sucks

Ancira has the best service in South Texas
The guys and gals of Ancira Ford in Floresville always go above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs whether it be sales or service. Service is always completed quickly unless situations arise that are out of their control, like the unavailability of parts from Ford. When buying Ford or having my Ford serviced, I wont go anywhere else, no other dealership can match the customer service provided by Ancira Ford, and I've been to most of them.
