Never again

3 minutes ago I took my truck for a transmission issue and was quoted $8,200 with a 10 day turnaround. After catching my breath and searching for better quotes I found a transmission shop that could do the exact same job for $3,000 with a 5 day turnaround. Multiple places quoted me prices around $3,000. I will never use a Brown dealership again. Shop around before you get your eyes gouged out at Brown.

Great experience

Best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. No nonsense, quick and easy. The Service was great from our salesperson, Ana to Retta Jasik out finance manager.

Great Service Advisor

Oil change, tire rotation, inspection of the car fantastic. Taking care of the recall notification ASAP in a quick and excellent timeframe was appreciated as well.

Great Service in Oil Change and Radio Issues

I had my oil changed on a Saturday. The service was quick and done correctly. I also had issues with my radio system. They were able to check it out and have a diagnosis for me with in a few minutes.

Great Service Staff

From the customer service team to the mechanics/technicians, Brown Dodge Service department has an awesome staff! They were thorough and very professional in taking care of all my needed repairs.
