The service guy that worked with us was great but the service department was not great. It was supposed to be ready at 12 and it wasn’t ready until 1:30. It sat on the side doe coating waiting because nobody was in that department - probably out to lunch. When they got back it still was waiting because the service people didn’t know what to do with it. It was on the paperwork that was with the car.the workers waiting in the entry area were sitting on their phones.

Courteous, knowledgeable staff is efficient and doesn't keep you waiting. An associate approached my vehicle as I drove into their facility. I was directed to another assisted, who checked me in, and a few minutes later was told what needed to be done and how long it would take. I then settled in comfortably in the waiting room with a beverage and some snacks until I was notified, my truck was ready. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

I recently purchased a 2025 Nissan Altima. I have been in completely satisfied with not only the dealership, the service department and Cash the sales Manager. Vanessa Dean has helped me rotate my tires and it has taken care of my oil changes. She’s a very nice person and easy to deal with. I have been in customer service for over 30 years hired many people in my life and these two associates are very beneficial to your dealership. I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m really impressed and that I am. I’m the type of person that does not like going to a dealership, but I actually like going here everyone’s friendly..

I went in for a Oil and filter change and I was out in one hour. Nice dealership

We made a visit to the service center last week to have the window washer fluid fixed since it was not bringing any water onto the windshield to clean it. After waiting almost an hour in the waiting room, they came back and said there was nothing wrong with the washer. They had us wait an hour to tell us that there was nothing wrong with the fact that the water never reached the glass on the windshield to clean it. The water doesn't spray out onto the windshield to clean it. It just dribbles on the base of the frame.

I arrived at Nissan person of Ocala with out appointment and they said well come, they did a good job thanks Pearson.

Easy to schedule service on line. Prompt attention when you arrive. Timely service, Pleasant waiting area.
