I went in to have my ecm re flashed and instead of doing...

I went in to have my ecm re flashed and instead of doing that they did a diag and gave me the same info I already had now I have to my $200.00 to have someone ells look at my ecm and I had to pay for a service I did not request nor was the work done that I requested
