Service Advisor, Brian Purdy came into show room where i waited to let me know progress and estimated wait time. I have always been made to feel welcomed.

Service was great! Zack was very attentive and pleasant. Only drawback was charge for keyfob programming attempt. Only half should be charged when not programmable.
