Emergency Repair
Unexpected breakdown from an out of town traveler (1,200 miles from home) and they got right on it. Had me back on the road the next day. I travel the US and had my first experience with them two years ago. They are in my contact list and go to dealer for the southeast. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road so quickly. Joe

Recall on drivers side airbag
I arrived on time and the car was taken right in. The repair was performed in a timely manner. The waiting are was nice with coffee and donuts available. The repair was to my satisfaction. Great job at the dealership

I drive farther just because of the service.
There are dealerships closer to my residence, but after going once to the closest one came back to Daytona Beach. I know the people, Joe is the best and always let's me know if something needs to be watched. They are always honest and I trust that they won't try to up-sell something. I will continue to go the additional miles because I trust them.

Great service
My car had an engine issue and I had to have my car towed to the dealership. They worked on my car the next day and kept in touch with me about what was going on and had my car serviced within 24 hours.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
My salesman Kyle was very nice and never used any pressure to assume the sale. When the car was delivered Kyle took time and showed me all the options my car has which was VERY HELPFUL! Also, worked with Bobby the manager and it was a pleasure working with him as well. Both Very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of my car purchase. This is the second car I purchased from here. Both times were a delightful experience. Will definitely buy a Mercedes from this dealership again in the future. PS. I live in Estero, FL (Naples) south Florida so I make a special trip to buy from this dealership.

Outstanding service
I had a nail in my tire that required replacement. I had just put new tires on in Sept 2018. My service manager, Metry was able to get the warranty to reduce the cost of the tire. He always provides outstanding service and always keeps me informed of the status of my service.
