Bought my third car from this dealer over the past 25 yrs. Always used the same salesman as well. Family also bought 4 new cars from this dealer. However... ever since the Richie family bought the dealership after Mr. Hall passed away. this place has gone down the toilet. This last car I bought has given me nothing but trouble, starting 1 week after I bought it. The dealer tried to fix the problems which cost me time and money every time and they never fixed the real problem. All the coils were replaced at different times, The trans modular was replaced and it still had the same problem. Then they tell me I need struts with only 42000 miles. Come to find out that the repair shop who replaced the struts found the top locking nut on the top of one of the struts was loose causing the knocking noise. My guess the mechanic loosened it while replacing one of the coils. Locking nuts don't just come loose on their own. Besides the fact this car was suppose to have a 170 point check to make it a certified vehicle. The car also has a few other electrical problems. I will never go back to this dealership for anything. I guess it speaks volume when Bud Richie of the Richie family owns Jon Hall Chevrolet and the others own Richie Cadillac. Bud is more interested in making commercials than standing behind his word when he personally guarantees you'll get the best service at Jon Hall. That to me is BS. Buyer be ware.
after 5 times going back to dealer to try and fix all there screwups i got ask to leave and never come back by the finace Manager. Just wait and see if... they denied to fix or anything, I am going to sue the xxxx out of them, People be warned stay away from this dealer the worst i have ever deal with.

Overall a great experience. I gave all 5 stars. I was in for an oil change and was out in less than an hour. Although I was a little confused on what to... do after pulling into the service bay as there was no one there to greet me and had to wait about 10 minutes before a service writer helped me. From then on everything went smoothly!
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn. I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without... my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
