I am from out of the area. I needed to have a recall done on my Superduty. I stopped in expecting to be required to make an appointment. The employee behind the service counter was very friendly, He looked at my paperwork and asked if I had time to wait. he explained they could get it right in, and should not take long. As I waited the rest of the staff was very friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. Thanks for the great service. It was infact done very qyickly.

Went in to look at a car. Made an offer and salesman came back and said they would take it. They did the paperwork and estimate for my trade and then said they couldn’t honor their offer. Sounds shady, wouldn’t recommend and won’t be buying from them.

The sales staff at Griffith Ford was very courteous and knowledgable. The sales staff went well out of their way to make sure I got my truck exactly how I wanted it. They made buying a new truck so easy and painless that I was able to complete the whole process with my one year old son by my side. I always shop around before I make a big purchase and Griffith had the lowest price from Uvalde all the way to Houston! I would recommend to anybody that before you head to the big city to look for a "deal" stop by small town Griffith Ford and take a look around you might be surprised at what they have have to offer!
